Booe Realty

Booe Realty's guest rating of 4.45 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

What a great place to enjoy myrtle beach. Thanks for an awesome week. Beach comber is the kind of home that makes you feel cozy and comfortable.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Stay in Myrtle Beach! I absolutely loved this Airbnb and felt right at home! This three-story house was HUGE and had more than enough space for our group. The kitchen was spacious and fully stocked with everything I needed to cook our Sunday meal—pots, utensils, a crockpot, and more. The elevator was definitely a plus with three floors! The location was perfect—literally right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. It was perfect for our family, and I would absolutely stay here again whenever I’m in Myrtle Beach. Highly recommend!

The place is only a block away from the beach and walkable to a few different restaurants. The floor was dirty, and the pillows were very thin, but aside from that, everything else was great.

The condo was nice and spacious enough for our family of six. The facility is slightly outdated. Got stuck in an elevator for over 30 minutes and had to be rescued by the fire department. I don’t think that happens often, but added to our experience. Parking was a bit my challenging with large SUV because there are limited spaces.

Excellent location, great amenities at location, short drive to local stores. Excellent beach access and parking, convenient place to stay. Condo was much smaller then expected, hall way is tight, second bathroom is very tight. Balcony door was very hard to open and close, couch was dirty, mattresses are very uncomfortable linens and bath towels are very low quality. TV in living room turns on but would not connect to internet to access any channels. Over all not a great condo to stay in.

This location is perfect being in the middle of Myrtle and North Myrtle but beware the unit is in the back of the complex. My family was literally 2 minutes away around the corner so it was decent for this trip! The WiFi was really slow our time here which sucks because I had small kids with iPads! Unit needs some maintenance could be checked for holes because there was a mouse inside during our stay , and also the shower head in one of our bathrooms just went out of whack so we had to share one shower the rest of our trip. Lastly if you like to lolligag around after check out this is NOT the place for you! The lady was very Rude when I went and turned in my keys and told me that it was past check out time . I tidied, went to meet my family and was gonna drop the keys off on my way out so it would be Convenient for ME because after I’ve paid to stay somewhere a whole week I wanted it to be returned the same I’ve never been rushed out of an Airbnb before and her being rude affected me !

I’ll start by saying the beach location and easy pool access were excellent. Overall, the condo was reasonably clean, though not exceptionally so. The dishwasher was broken and the freezer door handle was missing, but neither issue significantly affected our stay. The king-size bed was extremely uncomfortable and made for several rough nights of sleep. Mattress comfort is subjective, but it’s worth mentioning for future guests. My biggest concern was the welcome letter requiring guests to keep the A/C at 72°F or higher and stating we’d be charged if the unit froze. That language was concerning, especially since it wasn’t part of the signed rental agreement. We kept the thermostat at 72 the entire stay out of caution, which left the condo warmer than we’d have preferred at night. It gave the impression that the A/C system may be operating with very little margin for normal use, which was disappointing.

The location was great, the room was clean, you provided more than enough linen. The apartment was fully stocked and came with everything you need. The view was spectacular the ocean was at my door. The futon couch comfortable and the TV worked fine. There were some things that need to be fixed. The first sink in the bathroom did not work, the bed were very uncomfortable it's basically springs and the rooms ac barely worked. My daughters perfer a warmer room so it was fine. There was also an oder in the room that you could smell when first walking in.

Overall, the location was great, and the people were friendly and respectful. The area was very quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. Unfortunately, the condo itself was not very clean when we arrived. There was sand all over the floor and popsicle sticks under the couches, and we ended up having to mop the entire floor ourselves. The couch covers were dirty, the table had not been cleaned, and the bar area was also dirty. We essentially had to clean the condo before we could fully enjoy our vacation. I believe the property would benefit from a more thorough cleaning service and some renovations. With those improvements, it could be an excellent place to stay.
