“Beautiful location right on the beach. Unit is nicely decorated but showing more wear and tear than what is pictured. Upon arrival we could smell cigarette smoke (possibly from neighbors) so the first thing we did was buy air fresheners. Highly recommend adding air fresheners or bringing some. The unit was more well stocked than what is listed, so we ended up bringing many items on the Booe packing list that we ended up not needing: all linens, towels, toilet paper, detergent, beach chairs, and umbrella were all provided. They even had an Instant Pot. The kitchen was decently stocked but unorganized, and the drawers were dirty so we ended up deep cleaning and organizing the cabinets and drawers during our stay. Some dishes needed to be rewashed. The floors very much need a deep clean. Overall, we left the place in a better state than when we arrived. AC was great. Beds very comfortable. Water pressure good. Views and location - the best.”

“The rental house was amazing! It was very spacious and a lot of household necessities were provided to us. The beach was right down the street, less than a 10 minute walk. There were little carts and chairs to use for the beach. Everything was in good condition. It was very clean! Highly recommend and I will definitely rent again if available in the future.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The office for check-in is about 10-15 minutes away from the house, so depending on which direction you’re coming from you may have a small diversion; however check-in was easy and seamless. The property was as described. We had a problem with the hot tub not being clean early in our stay, but the office was great about getting this taken care of very promptly. Great communication and friendly office staff. The house is clean and spacious. Nice outdoor space. Just a few blocks from the beach and easy access to lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Very friendly neighbors. As this is a complex, there are only two parking spots allocated for the rental so plan accordingly (the office allows you to park in their lot if you have extra cars). Would recommend.”
