Boise BnB Hosting Services
4.71Visit website
Boise BnB Hosting Services's guest rating of 4.71 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“The place was not clean. There was an excessive amount of dog hair on all surfaces of the house, to include the stove top. The clumps of dog hair stuck to all of our clothes for the wedding we were attending. The kitchen drawers and cabinets were dirty, and there were pubic hairs in the shower. It smelled like wet dog and paint. The internet was very slow and we couldn’t watch a movie without it pausing to load every few minutes.”airbnb

“House was clean. My only thing is that for 1100 for 3 nights the lawn wasn’t mowed when I arrived. Theres a big dead tree limb hanging in the tree that seems to have been there for a while. And also lost water one night and couldn’t get ahold of anyone to come fix it”airbnb

“With having to pay a cleaning fee the bnb should’ve been clean. when I expressed the dirtiness of the house they kinda just pushed it off as I should’ve told them when I got there. Not worth 350$ for two days and it being extremely dirty.”airbnb

“Located in a beautiful location, but against the main road and very noisy. The house is big and spacious, but the floors weren't mopped leaving your feet dirty as you cannot wear shoes indoor per their policy. The wifi connection was poor and I was unable to get either Smart TVs to connected until the night before leaving. The master bedroom headboard had previous guests hair jammed behind, so it does not seem like the house is cleaned thoroughly after use. The backyard is big, but there is a part of the fence that isnt built, so not very private backyard”airbnb

“I have to say our experience was deeply disappointing. After a fire, we were counting on a clean, peaceful place—unfortunately, this Airbnb was far from it. The house was dirty with spider webs, dog hair, and crumbs everywhere. The bedsheets were not changed and the way too small for the bed size comforters had yellow stains and burn marks on one of them. We had to buy a universal remote because the original was missing. To make matters worse, there were safety hazards like rusty nails outside, and the property was right next to 2 very noisy roads. We also experienced a power outage, and it seemed like it might have been due to an unpaid bill. The host wasn't responsive at all to our first messages and only reached out when she wanted to know if we wanted to extend our stay to make more money. We did get a refund for the unused nights and the cleaning fee after we had to clean the place ourselves, but overall, it was a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this property.”airbnb

“The host violated AirBNB policy as well as the law when she had one of her employees enter my unit without telling me in advance and I only found out about it later when I noticed some things were off in my unit. Prior to that happening I had messaged her asking for an update on when the front door batteries for the lock would be replaced because it was flashing “low battery”. I didn’t receive a response and the battery on the door failed a few days later and I ended up being late for work because I couldn’t lock the unit with all my belongings in it and had to wait for her to respond with a solution which ended up being grabbing a key from the most poorly hidden unlocked container you could possible imagine nearby. Avoid like the plague unless you like total strangers entering your unit without telling zero notice before or after.”airbnb

“If you’re sending a wife or child to this location I would reconsider. Yard is not attached to apartment unless you go through a window. Not private at all. This is a three plex, not an entire home. Host is very rude. I originally gave it the benefit of the doubt due to the one bad review I read, however the place was very clean inside, everything else in the other bad review is true.”airbnb

“Booked less than 24 hours before stay. Was declined full refund. Photos are deceiving and it’s far from downtown. Not walkable”airbnb

“They need to hire better cleaners as we could not comfortably stay at this Airbnb without suffering bites everywhere.”airbnb

“If the place had been ready to rent out I would say it’s nice and new, however, they should have finished everything it needed before renting out. No blinds or coverings in either bedroom. I waited and hour and 2o minutes after check in before being let in. No way to access the garage and elevator so I had to park in guest parking. WiFi didn’t work and TVs were not set up. Washer and dryer which were advertised were not installed yet. Beds were very hard. No extra blankets or towels. We finally figured out the correct WiFi on back of server and set one tv up and went and bought temp blinds for master bedroom but decided there were too many things to overlook and left that night. The host was indifferent for the most part. This was for Valentine’s Day weekend so it was difficult to find another place. I think once they finish the place it will be better for sure. In a good location and it’s new. Might want to upgrade the mattresses.”airbnb
