“We loved our stay in Bodega Bay! The house was great, with a large yard, fire pit, and a hot tub that we especially appreciated after spending time at the beach (which is so so close!). Unfortunately our stay was interrupted by ants, lots of them, in the small back cabin. To their credit, the hosts came out to treat within hours of me alerting them to the problem. But it definitely shaded our stay. I would definitely recommend this property for its amazing location and amenities, but suggest confirming that they’ve treated before your stay.”

“Loved the house and the location. The views of Bodega Bay were gorgeous, and the location provided easy access to point Reyes and Sonoma/Napa wine country. The house itself was very well appointed, comfortable, and felt like a real home - not like so many AirBnBs that were purposely built or renovated for STR.”

“7th Heaven was the perfect destination to get away for a quiet weekend near the water. The walk to the beach was definitely worth the effort of making the climb back up! The kids made use of several of the games and the play station. The ukulele may also have made an appearance! We enjoyed cooking meals as the kitchen had everything we needed. We also enjoyed watching the golfers play through. We hope to be back in the fall and take in a round of golf!”

“Absolutely loved the location of this AirBnB. Perfectly central to basically everything in Bodega Bay and plenty spacious inside, stocked up with almost every amenity you could need during your stay. I say almost because though there was technically bodywash provided, it was enough for maybe one night of showering for two people... during our 3 night stay. The inside of the apartment was immaculately clean, save for some ant friends that we found along the wall in one of the bedrooms but that's normal for the area (along with wood beetles). They weren't alive, so I'm pretty sure there was some pest control work done and just missed by the cleaning crew there. The shower/bathtub was interesting, as we noted that someone elderly or with mobility issues may have difficulty getting in and out of the tub (also noted stairs to get into the apartment). Not an issue for us, but potentially for others. Also the wrap-around shower curtain tries to hug you for your entire shower.”

“We (8 adults) had a wonderful time. The house was exactly what we expected, and matched the description perfectly. We were super comfortable and had no issues or even annoyances during the stay. The host was super responsive when I asked about two issues mentioned by previous reviews: I was concerned by the review (March 2026) about bats and guano, and the host responded promptly with great feedback (bats are protected, and they clean the outside of the house regularly). For those wondering, we did not see a single bat, and there was no guano at all. The second matter was that a past reviewer mentioned that there were no barbecue utensils. To that, the host responded by bringing brand new tongs and a spatula. The house is great, comfortable, clean, and well kept. The surroundings are beautiful, with beautiful trails very close-by (the Estero Americano preserve is only 0.2 miles - 10 min walk - away, and offers incredible trails). Super happy with the experience, and highly recommend”
