“I tried to bring everything that I could think of for cooking but it would have been nice if there was a salt and pepper shakes. Also the coffee pot takes 30-40 minutes to complete its cycle and there was only one (broken handle) coffee cup.”

“Looked just like pictures but, didnt show that with blinds open the unit windows adjacent the hall are right next to ours. You’re looking in each other’s windows. The unit overwhelmingly smelled like mold. Not just musky - but moldy. The bathroom vent had about a half inch of mold inside it. Had to keep the air running to withstand it. Tried not to at first but started to make us nauseous. Which made an Icebox on a 90 day. Weirdly thermostat was set at 66 when we entered. Turned it down which turned it off which made the smell obviously worse. 66 was the temp ended up needing to keep the smell away. Not enjoyable during day. Forgot dresses on the back of bedroom door. Said theyd check lost and found. Followed up a few days later. Over a week and havent heard anything back. I miss understood address and got vm when called to clarify. Thankfully I figured it out. Did read all instructions given on additional website link. Otherwise, enjoyed the place. The location was beautiful.”

“This place is in an incredible location close to the beach and downtown. We enjoyed walking downtown each morning to get matcha, and sitting at the peaceful pool. I removed one star due to: misleading WiFi connection instructions, lack of a few basic kitchen items (tin foil, sandwich bags, tupperware), the uncomfortable bed and the bath towels were all damp (presumably from the washing machine) when we arrived. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.”

“Rain. Bugs. Privacy not the best. Beach not as close as they made it seem we never made it toddler got tried of walking so we had to turn around”

“This place is way overpriced for a 1 bedroom one bath with no washer and dryer. We stayed six nights and were given 6 towels for 4 people. When I requested more towels I was given 6 more and told the location of a laundromat. When you spend $2,200 for 6 nights you should be able to get fresh towels when requested. The condo is very dated and had a weird musty smell.”

“It's a nice enough space inside. Cleaning was a little questionable - half eaten cereal bowl left behind in the upper bunk. Would not recommend it for a summer rental. The AC was a single loud unit in the main bedroom. Not enough to cool the whole place well. When we arrived it was broken and actually heating the house to 81 degrees. We sort of fixed it ourselves, several times during the stay. Would have preferred to open the windows, but only three had screens. No screens in second bedroom. The pond is fairly stagnant, so mosquitos abound despite the bug zappers set up. Couldn't sit outside. Bathroom sink started leaking, management sent plumbers, but we had to be there to wait for them and let them in. We lost power at one point, which meant we lost water as well. No flashlights or backup water to be found. It may be better for a cold weather visit, provided the maintenance and cleaning is kept up.”

“A little small and blankets weren’t washed. Could have used a washer and dryer for towels, not enough for every day but otherwise nice place.”
