Bluff Mountain Rentals
4.77Visit website
Bluff Mountain Rentals's guest rating of 4.77 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“It's in the middle of nowhere. Extremely glad that there was wifi. Kind of shocked the we didn't have access to the pool though”airbnb

“Beautiful, peaceful, furnished well with everything we needed unfortunately the beds left a lot to be desired ,floor was more comfortable. Was hoping for some instructions in a welcome book of suggestions for things to do. Screening in the porch would have been a huge bonus but definitely not a deal breaker. The road in and out was challenging especially in rain. 4 wheel drive would have made it easier getting up.”airbnb

“Good stay, mattresses could have been softer but not too bad, A/C ran well. No frills unit. We’ve had many AirBnBs and this was the first with no salt and pepper or any other basic spices. Tissues/tp/paper towels were basic economy brands. Only one storage container for food/leftovers. Freezer does have an ice maker. No iron which is unfortunate for those arriving by airplane. Nothing for children. Not like a home stay, run by a mgmnt/leasing company, no responses in evening. Door code was correct, in-laws needed more specific instructions re: the extra button to push/how to turn which knob as it wasn’t intuitive to them. Not for the mobility impaired due to all the bldg steps (built into a ridge), although 2nd level has a sidewalk straight out to the side driveway that goes down the hill to the back parking lot. “Trail” is many concrete steps with no railing down the hill to the next street over, fine if you’re fit. A black bear was near pool fence while swimming, it is the mtns!”airbnb

“If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. Very relaxing. The only issue is that the signs show all the cabins up to number 13. We were in cabin 15. There are no signs for cabins 14 and 15. When i called for further instructions she said she was new and didn't know where we could find our cabin. After driving around for another 20 minutes we decided to go down the road that said cabin 13. There were 2 more cabins down that road. They need to update their signs and let their staff know how to help people.”airbnb

“This place had bed bugs and ruined my honeymoon i will never stay at a place of theirs again they gave me no support in the loss of my clothes and belongings because of fear of transferring the infestation all they pffered was a refund which air bnb makes sure you get regardless”airbnb

“beautiful airbnb and surrounding area. airbnb was completely private. no wifi and when the host sends the check in confirmation in the wifi password section it says (if applicable) inferring that there IS wifi. the listing states pocket wifi but doesn’t state what it is, where it is, or how access it. hot tub is taken great care of for it being outside there wasn’t any dead bugs. blinds were hard to open and towels were really tiny make sure to bring your own.”airbnb

“Place is located in a great location and clean. However, the odor from the water is extremely strong and overwhelming. The owners are aware of the issue and it remains unfixed and left out of the description.”airbnb

“I wanted to reach out regarding my stay at the cabin from the 2nd to the 5th, as the experience was unfortunately very frustrating. When we arrived, the door PIN provided did not work, and we had to search the property to find someone who could let us in. After entering the cabin, we discovered that the Wi-Fi was completely down. Reliable internet was essential for me to contact family and work remotely, which was a key reason for booking this stay. I was later informed that the Wi-Fi would not be restored until Tuesday, even though our checkout was Monday. While I appreciate that management moved us to another cabin, the process involved additional waiting, confusion, and poor communication while trying to obtain the new address. The replacement cabin was also approximately 45 minutes away, which significantly disrupted our plans. Upon arrival, the cabin had a strong unpleasant odor, and the hot tub was in very poor condition and clearly not clean or usable.”airbnb
