“A great home in Del Mar. loved that it was walking distance to a strip of restaurants and a very popular coffee shop. About a 10-15 min walk to the beach. Some of us even walked into downtown Del Mar, but that’s about a 30-40 min walk. Home is spacious, clean and well appointed. Importantly, both the TV and air conditioning work great. Home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, but offers incredibly easy access to LaJolla, Del Mar and Interstate 5. Bluewater does a fantastic job at communicating - I would definitely rent one of their homes again.”

“This is a great place to rent in a very nice area , easy access to tons of activities, including the beach and restaurants in Del Mar, and easy access to the highway. It is very private and the host is incredibly responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend Bluewater and any properties they manage. The beds are very comfortable, which is always a plus and there are four bedrooms, three upstairs and one downstairs. Plenty of towels, including beach towels, which was very nice. The washer and dryer worked well. The air-conditioning was easy to use and consistent so the home was very pleasant when it was hot outside. The neighbors are very kind and having a driveway to park the vehicle was nice In the garage, there are beach toys as well to borrow Also for running or biking for some fitness in the morning, it’s a really great area to do that. We certainly would like to stay here again. It was a great experience for the family.”

“Great house, very clean and lots of room. Beds were comfy. The hot tub was awesome. I definitely would recommend! My only suggestion would be to have some staple items available like salt and pepper and laundry detergent. Most rentals have that available and we did have to go out and buy those items. But Other than that it was fabulous!!”

“The house worked great for our family. And we loved the location and the space. I would rent it again. A couple of issues. No flexibility in check in despite traveling with two toddlers and a pregnant woman. Not enough bath towels or bath mats. And although the pictures are accurate with the next units outside space only separated by a small wall--there is no privacy outside. The people next door were holding a party the night we arrived so it wasn't as relaxing as you would want for your "chill" vacation.”

“This place was beautiful.. but we had a few issues with plumbing and the smell of sewage and wifi not working around the house also left my my hygiene stuff and was outside trying to get ahold of them to retrieve it and within 30 minutes they had said they would have the cleaners check and they said it had be thrown out already. Bad communication.”
