“This place was beyond breathtaking. It was so private, clean, and you can tell every design choice was made with intention. The big picture was perfect, but with this place, it was really the little things that make this the perfect getaway. The hot tub being ready to go when we got there, the kitchen with all the utensils and cookware you could need, the dual shower heads and towel warmer, and the location at the very end of the road made for the absolute perfect stay. All of the comforts of home with the excitement of vacation.”

“Beautiful location but further than we would have liked from Blue Ridge (about 30 minutes). The downstairs bedrooms feel stacked on top of each other where as other places we stayed had better separation. As a couples who traveled have some basic items in the kitchen like salt/pepper and basic spices would have been nice and what we experienced at other rentals. There just seemed to be some details that were missing to make it the experience that made you feel comfortable that you could come right in and enjoy the weekend.”

“Let’s start with you are staying at a construction site replete with nails, construction workers, mud, outhouses, etc. You are also staying with a Blue Sky Cabin rental property with “166 cabins” and give exactly zero cares about your stay. Chat representatives were dismissive and unhelpful. The cabin itself was very poorly appointed. There are other reviews which call out how cheap this stay is and they are truly accurate. We had to call for help to replace the batteries on the front door because they don’t even maintain the locks. To be clear, the view is accurate. The details of the house and the support are awful. Instead, suggest you try to find a property not supported by a company that gives no cares about your experience. Trust, when you wake up to nail guns going off on a Saturday morning and they tell you they didn’t know a house was being built on the same driveway and can’t help you unless you check out, you realize you’re dealing with the wrong type of people. Just no.”

“The cabin was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. The bed in the master bedroom was too soft for us. The stairs to the river were waaayyy too steep! No access to the water once you got down there. Could use some lighting in the living room.”

“Cabin was advertised with a beautiful outdoor area. Most of the cabin was clean with the exception of some of the bedding. The queen bed was covered in stains and required laundry to be done at 11pm. One of the twin beds was less than impressive as well.”
