“Si bien el alojamiento estuvo bien en términos generales, hubo algunos aspectos que no cumplieron del todo con nuestras expectativas. En primer lugar, el lugar se veía un poco más antiguo en persona que en las fotos. Además, tuvimos problemas con el baño, que se tapaba. Si bien nos ofrecieron enviar a alguien para solucionarlo, coordinar la visita nos resultaba complicado, ya que implicaba tener que esperarlo y no nos sentíamos cómodas con que ingresaran al alojamiento cuando no estábamos presentes. Por otro lado, el acceso al edificio era algo incómodo. Aunque cuenta con una rampa, es demasiado angosta para subir las valijas de manera práctica y cómoda. Sin embargo, el inconveniente más importante fue el funcionamiento de los ascensores. De los cuatro disponibles, solo dos estaban funcionando y, en varias ocasiones, tuvimos que esperar hasta 15 minutos para subir o bajar. Muchas veces optamos por usar las escaleras para evitar la demora, pero esto no era una opción viable con valijas.”

“This place has a beautiful pool and facility and you can literally walk out to the beach. However, there is nothing walkable for food options and the prices at the facility are high. The unit was pretty much as advertised but it is in need of an update! The furniture is worn and the fixtures are from the 80s and showing their age.”

“​I had a very disappointing stay at this property. The building as a whole is extremely neglected, old, and worn-out—it honestly felt like something out of a horror movie. Inside the unit, the bathroom is in poor condition, and basic kitchen supplies like a dish sponge were missing. The beds are very old with completely worn-out mattresses, making it difficult to rest. To make matters worse, the air conditioning is extremely noisy, and the elevator is right next to the bedroom wall, creating constant, disturbing noise. Major updates and maintenance are urgently needed. There were also many cockroaches”

“Lo bueno: la ubicación, el servicio gratuito de valet y parking, la recepción de paquetes gratis, la salida a la playa y pileta sin pagar un fee de resort, el mercado en el looby del edificio, todo eso es espectacular. Lo que hay que corregir: hay plaga de cucarachas alemanas en la cocina, es necesario FUMIGAR! y el secarropas NO FUNCIONA, Es importante reemplazarlo o informarlo en la publicación, no esta bueno enterarse sobre la marcha sin que te den una solución. Es 8 puntos la estadía en este lugar! Mejoran esas 2 y se convierten en 10 puntos!”

“We recently stayed here and had a mixed experience overall. The host was very kind, responsive, and quick to move us to another room when our AC wasn’t working, which we really appreciated. The pool area was nice, free parking was a plus, and the hotel is in a great location close to the beach. However, there were a few downsides. The first room’s AC did not work, the first room did not feel very clean, and we noticed what we think is mold, which was disappointing. The check-in area was also under construction during our stay, making arrival a bit chaotic. We also found that the Wi-Fi was slow and we often couldn’t use it at all. The valet service had extremely long lines and waits that became frustrating at times. Overall, the location and staff were the highlights, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues made the stay less enjoyable than expected.”

“The accommodation was overall okay and met basic expectations. However, the valet parking was extremely slow — both dropping off and picking up my car took at least 30–45 minutes every single time, which became very frustrating during the stay.”

“Unfortunately, our experience at this Airbnb was very disappointing. The condo was extremely outdated and did not match the photos advertised on the website at all. Upon arrival, there was a terrible odor throughout the unit, despite being told it had already been cleaned prior to check-in. A housekeeper was later sent out to clean again, which confirmed the condition was not acceptable upon arrival. There were stains on the walls and sheets, the windows were filthy, furniture had visible stains, and there were noticeable cracks in the walls. Overall, the cleanliness and upkeep of the condo were far below expectations. For the amount of money we paid, this stay was absolutely not worth it. Communication was also frustrating, as responses were very slow when we expressed our concerns and frustrations about the condition of the property. Despite all of the issues we experienced, we were not accommodated for anything, which made the experience even more disappointing. I would not stay h”

“The view was absolutely stunning and definitely the best part of this stay. Unfortunately, the studio apartment itself needs a deep cleaning and major renovation. There was mold in the unit, which was very disappointing. The valet parking was also extremely slow for both pick-up and drop-off, causing a lot of unnecessary waiting. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I will not be returning.”

“Overall my stay in Miami was very fun. Lots of things to do, but from the area it’s likely more convenient to uber or bike to get to busier/night life areas. When it comes to the place I stayed at, I had multiple issues. The front desk staff were not super helpful at all the day of check in and in general. Our air conditioning in the room stopped working and a maintenance guy did come by, but it took him forever to conclude that it wasn’t fixable. We did move to another room which was appreciated. Overall the room wasnt super brand new and updated. You can tell it’s an older building which means it has its flaws. If I ever come back to Miami I would definitely explore other options for places to stay.”
