“We recently stayed here and had a mixed experience overall. The host was very kind, responsive, and quick to move us to another room when our AC wasn’t working, which we really appreciated. The pool area was nice, free parking was a plus, and the hotel is in a great location close to the beach. However, there were a few downsides. The first room’s AC did not work, the first room did not feel very clean, and we noticed what we think is mold, which was disappointing. The check-in area was also under construction during our stay, making arrival a bit chaotic. We also found that the Wi-Fi was slow and we often couldn’t use it at all. The valet service had extremely long lines and waits that became frustrating at times. Overall, the location and staff were the highlights, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues made the stay less enjoyable than expected.”

Tuve inconvenientes para el check in, a pesar de las instrucciones precisas del anfitrión, en el edificio hace su propio ingreso, y la persona que nos atendió nos hizo esperar un montón, y fue muy tediosa su atención. Los ascensores estaban con problemas, llegar al piso 16 fue dificultoso, en varias oportunidades. La ubicación de edificio es perfecta, con vista a la playa. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar varios días de maravilla. Las playas están super lindas. El anfitrión fue amable, con contestaciones inmediatas, y prestando muy buena predisposición. El departamento tiene todo lo que ofrece en la publicación y es fiel a las fotos publicadas.”

“The accommodation was overall okay and met basic expectations. However, the valet parking was extremely slow — both dropping off and picking up my car took at least 30–45 minutes every single time, which became very frustrating during the stay.”

“Unfortunately, our experience at this Airbnb was very disappointing. The condo was extremely outdated and did not match the photos advertised on the website at all. Upon arrival, there was a terrible odor throughout the unit, despite being told it had already been cleaned prior to check-in. A housekeeper was later sent out to clean again, which confirmed the condition was not acceptable upon arrival. There were stains on the walls and sheets, the windows were filthy, furniture had visible stains, and there were noticeable cracks in the walls. Overall, the cleanliness and upkeep of the condo were far below expectations. For the amount of money we paid, this stay was absolutely not worth it. Communication was also frustrating, as responses were very slow when we expressed our concerns and frustrations about the condition of the property. Despite all of the issues we experienced, we were not accommodated for anything, which made the experience even more disappointing. I would not stay h”

“The view was absolutely stunning and definitely the best part of this stay. Unfortunately, the studio apartment itself needs a deep cleaning and major renovation. There was mold in the unit, which was very disappointing. The valet parking was also extremely slow for both pick-up and drop-off, causing a lot of unnecessary waiting. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I will not be returning.”

“Overall my stay in Miami was very fun. Lots of things to do, but from the area it’s likely more convenient to uber or bike to get to busier/night life areas. When it comes to the place I stayed at, I had multiple issues. The front desk staff were not super helpful at all the day of check in and in general. Our air conditioning in the room stopped working and a maintenance guy did come by, but it took him forever to conclude that it wasn’t fixable. We did move to another room which was appreciated. Overall the room wasnt super brand new and updated. You can tell it’s an older building which means it has its flaws. If I ever come back to Miami I would definitely explore other options for places to stay.”
