Bliss Vacations's guest rating of 4.80 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“This is a great home and a great getaway. The house came stocked with lots of towels. Getting into the house is easy with the keypad. The hot tub is a huge plus with great surrounding views of the mountains and the city street (Gatlinburg). We were able to enjoy some bear visits. The community pool was big and enjoyable. Great home for a family/friend trip. Parking lot is big enough for 6+ cars.”airbnb

“Plenty of space for our group of 11. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was wonderful. Loved the location - saw bears many times during our 4 day stay. Would definitely stay here again”airbnb

“The site was private and located close to the city. The rooms were spacious and tidy. We all loved the screened porch, and the younger adults loved the hot tub.”airbnb

“Floors needed mopped Dog hair was bad around the base boards & under furniture. Once we walked in we noticed a strong smell of cleaner to cover up the pet smell. We believe mold was under bathroom sink.”airbnb

“DO NOT stay here unless you like to stay with bats. I found a live bat, in the daytime, on the bathroom floor, the host upcharged my nightly rate before refunding the remaining of my stay that was canceled due to having to pack up my family of 5, and find alternate accomodations immediatly. I was charged over $500 for one night. We left due to no fault of our own, but who wants to have a live bat in a cabin?? There are definitly more as there were feces we found and reported immediatly after checking in, thinking they were mice feces. I am now having to have my family treated for post rabies exposure, a series of vaccines that take over 2 weeks. Unacceptable conditions-no pest control available on a weekend. Several broke items as well which were also imediatly reported to the host.”airbnb

“Firstly, the home is not on Majestic View Way which led for a hard time finding it, especially in the dark. The home faces Majestic view way but you take the next road up the hill to actually enter the property. Everything seemed fairly clean other than dirty windows facing the pretty view with cobwebs around the large wood furniture, legs and in the big windows. The weather was 70's/day and 40's/night during iur stay. The property thermostat was set with a pin that we could not adjust, we were uncomfortably warm during the day reaching 80° inside the house and wanted to use the fireplace in evenings which would not light. I cooked every meal during our stay for our group of 10 and spent most of my time hand washing dishes as the dishwasher was leaking all over the floor every time it was ran. As a business owner I would expect better directions and the home listed on the road its actually on, a good powerwashing on decks and for God sake leave extra kitchen towels and maybe sheet”airbnb

“The cabin itself was very pretty, well maintained, and spacious enough for our group of four. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, our overall experience was negatively impacted by how a severe snowstorm was handled. We became snowed into the cabin and there were no shovels or rock salt provided, which made it extremely difficult to manage the situation. We also did not receive any communication or check-in from the host during this time to see if we were safe or needed assistance. What added to the frustration was seeing other Airbnb hosts in the area actively checking on their guests and even offering to go into town to bring food or essential supplies, while we were left to figure out how to get through the situation entirely on our own. While the property itself is lovely, better preparedness for winter weather and clearer communication during emergencies would have made a significant difference in our experience.”airbnb
