“Our family of 10 traveled to Gatlinburg, Tennessee, and finding the right place to stay was important to us. We wanted somewhere spacious and comfortable, and choosing this cabin was one of the best decisions we made! It was absolutely perfect! The drive up was a little tricky, but everything was worth it once we arrived. The cabin was extremely clean, cozy, and much bigger than we expected. Having five bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, was perfect for our large family and getting ready in the morning. We also loved all the amenities, including the washer and dryer, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, pool table, movie theater seating, and beautiful deck where we could relax and enjoy the views. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return for our next Gatlinburg trip! I definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious place that feels like home!”

“After meticulous research, we settled on this cabin for our 41st year in Pigeon Forge. The pictures did not document the damaged rug that created a tripping hazard for my elderly father, who walks with a cane, the dead bugs throughout, or the multiple cockroaches in the bathrooms. I requested an exterminator, but no one showed up. The mattresses in each room felt like they were salvaged from a dumpster, and every member of our party complained. Fans shook violently, water pressure was low, and several pool cues were broken. Just overall bad. Our 6 y/o severely cut his foot on an existing broken tile in the upstairs bedroom and had to be taken to urgent care. The gentleman at Bliss Vacations was extremely kind and empathetic. He personally responded to the cabin for the incident report. He did his best to ensure the tile was repaired, yet no one ever came out, and we were left with this hazard for the duration of our trip. Pics are very deceiving. Repairs are badly needed.”

“Beautiful view! Cozy cabin with fun game room and plenty of space. Kitchen could use some newer pots and pans and perhaps an oven cleaning. We cooked several times and the pans and oven smoked us out. Hot tub needs something. We have one at home and it appears to need chemicals or water changed. Smells off. Responsiveness was very slow when we asked a couple questions right after we booked. And when we inquired about a pack n play, I was told maybe the owner had one in a closet but they had no idea. Instead, it would have been nice if, they who obviously were property managers, could have offered to check with the owners. Once on property, we needed help finding the fuse box and we did get a call quickly. All in all it is a very nice and private cabin with mountain view of the sunsets.”

“This was definitely not worth the price we paid, and I would not stay here again. Upon arrival, we were greeted by leftover #2 in the hall bathroom, the toilet would not flush or fill with water. We noticed some of the game pieces were missing & contacted the host who sent someone out with them. The kitchen sink stopped working properly, so we told the guy who came out with the game pieces, and he told us that the host knew there was an issue and was waiting on the part. Would’ve been nice to know that prior to arrival so we could have planned our meals accordingly, as we used the kitchen often, and this was a major pain. The hot tub was stuck at 109° which was unbearable. On a positive note, the views were fabulous, and we were close to a small lookout point, which was the best part of the home. If you do choose to book this space, I would definitely arrive during the DAYLIGHT. It is very scary at night, the last part of the drive is a one lane road up the side of the mountain.”

“This place could be a 5 star. We loved being up on top of the mountain. It’s a beautiful area. This cabin is a very nice comfortable space. It felt clean. We really enjoyed our time in Tennessee. Some things to note. There is a pool on the property and a workout room but we reached out and could not get an answer to why it was locked. Never really got a response. We did get a message that there is a pool at the bottom of the mountain which is three miles away. Left us confused. If you have more than two people bring some silverware because there is not much there. It worked for two. The railing on the balcony needs to be addressed before a family with small children or pets stay there. This was brought to their attention and they came and taped it off. The fireplace is a heater it is not an actual fireplace. I was disappointed. In the pics it looks like there are flames. No flames. Again we loved staying in this cabin as long as you know what to expect when you come in.”

“A good place to stay when going to Great Smoky Mountains National Park! Just be sure to watch out for the bears.”

“DO NOT stay here unless you like to stay with bats. I found a live bat, in the daytime, on the bathroom floor, the host upcharged my nightly rate before refunding the remaining of my stay that was canceled due to having to pack up my family of 5, and find alternate accomodations immediatly. I was charged over $500 for one night. We left due to no fault of our own, but who wants to have a live bat in a cabin?? There are definitly more as there were feces we found and reported immediatly after checking in, thinking they were mice feces. I am now having to have my family treated for post rabies exposure, a series of vaccines that take over 2 weeks. Unacceptable conditions-no pest control available on a weekend. Several broke items as well which were also imediatly reported to the host.”

“We were without hot water for a day and a half. Problem with the breaker. also missing batteries on the remotes on several of the TV’s in three locations pots and pans were horrible.”

“Firstly, the home is not on Majestic View Way which led for a hard time finding it, especially in the dark. The home faces Majestic view way but you take the next road up the hill to actually enter the property. Everything seemed fairly clean other than dirty windows facing the pretty view with cobwebs around the large wood furniture, legs and in the big windows. The weather was 70's/day and 40's/night during iur stay. The property thermostat was set with a pin that we could not adjust, we were uncomfortably warm during the day reaching 80° inside the house and wanted to use the fireplace in evenings which would not light. I cooked every meal during our stay for our group of 10 and spent most of my time hand washing dishes as the dishwasher was leaking all over the floor every time it was ran. As a business owner I would expect better directions and the home listed on the road its actually on, a good powerwashing on decks and for God sake leave extra kitchen towels and maybe sheet”
