“This was a 10/10 stay. There were so many ways to communicate with the host, and there are soo many amenities. The cabin was cute, peaceful, and stocked with guides/things to do. The attention to detail was amazing. They provided emergency contacts, first aid kit, and even had an app to navigate the property/things to do. I will be back! I need to hike Palo Duro Canyon :) thanks Jeff and team!!”

“Stayed here for the views of Palo Duro canyon and it did not disappoint. Great views, one of the highlights of the stay. What really stood out was how well run this place is, everything about it works smooth and they’ve clearly been thoughtful about making it a peaceful, relaxing stay. On top of that, it’s hands down the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Would absolutely book again.”

“Beautiful home and amazing location! Plenty of kitchen supplies that were a little dated, but available. House was well laid out and obviously is purely a rental. Shower curtains were moldy and quite old. Easy fix there. Bed linens and towels were incredibly dated and would be considered old and quite worn out. There was no ice machine available. For a home this size and at this price, that should be expected. Overall we loved the home and the location…there just needs some additional investment done with this rental to qualify as an above standard experience for the renters. Budi was very responsive and fixed some issues we had on checking in.”

“The house is beautiful, towels could have been newer, driveway would be better paved for motorcycles, and hot tub could be bigger to accommodate the larger group. We felt the kitchen lacked in supplies to cook meals for multiple families. We needed measuring spoons, strainer, additional size pots to make spaghetti. We made it work but more pots and pans would be helpful. The host is amazing, solved our problems quickly and very friendly. The house is comfortable and roomy to allow for separation from friends in evenings or gathering as a group to talk. So many beautiful sights out the big windows, bear, turkey, hares, and lots of chipmunks. Window coverings on higher windows would be nice to block some of the afternoon sun. Bikers beware of the roads to the house, not paved and turtle trail has ruts and loose rock. Overall we had a wonderful visit and enjoyed our getaway.”

“Dove’s Rest is an incredible getaway! We booked last minute just passing through from Colorado to Texas. Had we known how amazing this place would be we would have stayed longer! The Durango cabin has the most amazing view, bed was comfortable and the cabin was pristinely clean. The host was so communicative and check-in/out was a breeze. Thanks for a great stay!”
