“We had a great stay at this ski chalet. It was comfortable, well set up, and in a very convenient location. One of the best things was the accessibility. Even when the nearby ski lift was closed, it was an easy walk to the slopes. Food and shopping was walkable at the village and it was an easy drive in and out to the main shopping area of Big Sky. Big Sky town center was close by and had plenty of shops and good options for food, which made everything very easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.”

“We had a great stay at 3 Coyote Bluff. Comfortable size for our multi-generational family of 9. Big Sky Rental did a nice job communicating before and during our visit, and promptly responded to a couple of issues that came up. House was clean and well-equipped. Weather conditions did not allow for ski-in and ski-out, but otherwise great location and house.”

“Big Sky Vacation Rentals was disappointing. . They were not transparent about the fact that the hot tub was broken and wouldn’t be fixed until the 6th and final day of our stay. If they had allowed us to make an informed decision, we would have made other arrangements. Unfortunately, we checked in before we were informed that they were not planning to repair it during our stay. We wasted time on the phone with them and Airbnb trying implore them to send a repairman, or to allow us to end the rental and leave the property so we could rent something else with the amenities we wanted (and had been promised in this listing). Eventually they offered the option to drive to a public hot tub in a hotel in Big Sky or a stingy 10% discount as compensation for our missing major amenity. They explained that this was way above what is customary as their loyalty is to their owners not their renters. The property itself is fine but saw no boot dryers that is advertised.”

“The condo was beautiful and overall a great stay. We did encounter a few issues upon arrival: trash was left from previous renters, the unit had a noticeable odor, and the washer leaked while we were doing dishes. We also extended our stay by one day, but the system mistakenly locked us out of the unit. Despite these issues, the condo itself was very nice and we enjoyed our time there.”
