“If you want water access, it doesn't get much better than this, given the long stretch of riverfront, wadeability, and contiguous access to the public whitewater park (I just waded up, didn't worry about the small bridge). Great setup for enjoying the riverside, with a nice deck chairs, picnic table, and swing. Would definitely stay again!”

“This was a great place to stay in Gunnison for four nights! There were two of us staying during the trip, and this Airbnb suited us very nicely. We were able to make breakfast and lunch in the kitchen comfortably, and had enough space in the bedroom to lay out our items during our stay. Having a washer and dryer available was incredibly convienent as well. The apartment did get a bit warm during the day, but by opening the windows as instructed in the manual, it quickly cooled down. The place was very clean as well and easy to find anything we needed. I would definitely recommend!”

“The house was charming and clean. It was a bit warm but we came during a hot week. Couldnt open the windows at night as Main st was noisy. It would be better if there was more than one couch. There is plenty of room for a sectional. Nice and walkable to Main Street restaurants etc.”

“Generic messages were sent that did not have accurate/ updated information. Bed and sofa were not very comfortable. Can hear upstairs neighbors unfortunately. Slightly disappointed for the price to stay here. An overall okay stay, would look to stay else where the next time to return.”
