“We loved staying here for a family trip to Gunnison! We loved the walking path that was close by and everything the house had to offer.”

“Literally a hidden gem. Almost so good, I don't want to write the review hoping not too many people will discover it! What an amazing location! The sound of the Gunnison river was so peaceful and relaxing. We LOVED sitting in the sun room having coffee in the morning listening to the river. The bedroom windows face the river and when left open at night the sound of the river lulled us to sleep. There were several deer wading in the river during the day and it was so neat to watch. Oh and honestly, the airport was very near and the military C130 planes flying over were amazing! We all took videos! There was also a hummingbird sitting on one of our fishing poles by the river for a bit enjoying the river and the sunshine with us. So many unique memories at this Airbnb! We can't wait to visit again!”

“Beautiful home in Gunnison. We stayed for about a week with a family of three adults. Check in and out was very easy as was the communication with the management company. The property is a very nice country setting with amazing views. Horses were right outside our door, which was great. The house is only 10 min from downtown Gunnison and 30 min from Crested Butte. The house was spacious and everything was in good working order. Appliances were good and the house was decently stocked. Wifi was adequate (~40Mbps). Beds were very comfortable and overall cleanliness was excellent. We would definitely recommend this location. Thank you for a great stay.”

“This place nestled in among horses and mountains was just what we needed between graduation festivities. Every piece of furniture was comfortable & the windows were displaying nice views of above. They were very attentive & flexible for early check in. My grown kids & I loved this place as home away from home !”

“Our stay was very peaceful. The home was very cozy plenty of room and plenty of privacy with multiple families staying in the location. The home is fully stocked with everything you would need to enjoy your stay as if it were your own home. Beautiful views of the mountains. You can hear the river as you sit and enjoy the outdoors.”

“This was a great place to stay for a weekend away. The space is small, but no smaller than a hotel room and there was a full kitchen! it's walkable to everything downtown making it easy to grab a bite to eat or a drink after a long day of adventuring. I definitely recommend this spot for anybody looking for a place to crash after exploring all that Gunnison has to offer”

“This place is located perfectly in the center of the town. It is walking distance to the stores, food, or groceries. It was peaceful enough that I even had deer come visit me right in front of the house :) the host is super friendly and responsive, helping me with whatever questions I have. The space is perfect for 1-2 people. You get your own parking spot, towels, kitchen utensils and cookware. I stayed here for almost 2 months and was able to feel at home. I would definitely recommend!”
