“It truly felt like a home away from home. The house was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed to make our family vacation comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. Everything was thoughtfully provided, and the attention to detail throughout the home did not go unnoticed. We had a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed vacation rental. We would absolutely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“We had two families staying at this house—4 adults, 1 5 year old and 2 2 year olds. Overall, this was a good fit for our families but I would not recommend this house for families with small kids. The biggest issue are the stairs and lack of removable gates—especially upstairs where the steep staircase to the look out is. None of the bath tubs had plugs so giving a ‘bath’ was pretty much impossible. If you do not have little kids to worry about….this house would be literally amazing! Location was great since you got a private beach but you cannot drive the golf cart out of the sub due to laws. So the golf cart was great to get to the beach access but that is about it. You are very close to shopping and restaurants to drive to so that is a huge perk. They do mention you get a starter supply of things but dont list the exacts. You also get 3 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, and 2 laundry pods, and no beach towels. So pack accordingly.”

“Our stay was AMAZING. This is my second time staying in the gated community. The place is beautiful, and the beach is literally a 1-minute walk. You get free access to the pool and hot tub next door, which is a very nice amenity to have. A bunch of great stores and restaurants nearby. The only negative point I can really make is the supply of laundry detergent. We had a group of 6 people, and 2 pods were nowhere near enough. I will say, however, my group does laundry quite often. Just be sure to bring some laundry detergent with you or buy some in town!”

“My fiance and I wanted to find a place with a private pool, but also close to the beach. This place provided exactly that, and then some. We really loved how clean the place was, and the fact that there were dumbbells, an ice bath, sauna, etc. to promote good health. When we return to Santa Rosa, we will definitely stay here. It's a no brainer. The only *improvement" that we can think of is a little better responsiveness from the vacation rentals company. However, it only became a concern when we arrived since we had a few questions, but eventually we figured everything out and had no reason to reach out afterwards.”

“I would give this property 3 stars. The location is excellent, and we really enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool. Unfortunately, the property management was very disappointing. Communication was slow throughout our stay. The phone number they provided was never answered, and when I left voicemails, it often took a long time to receive any follow-up. We also had two issues that were never resolved. The stove wasn’t working properly, and although they said someone would come fix it, no one ever did. I also asked about a required parking pass after seeing signs on the property, and they said they would check but never followed up. The property itself is nice, but the lack of responsiveness from management significantly impacted our experience.”

“Beautiful place in an amazing location. Housekeeping could’ve been more thorough. Amazingly comfortable beds. Was a little upset that we were contacted and accused of trying to ‘override the thermostat to below 70 degrees.’ We didn’t touch it once because it was quite comfortable, however, should be included in the listing for future reference as I’m sure not being able to lower the thermostat in the summer months could be annoying. Wanted to open our balcony doors but couldn’t because the neighbor was constantly smoking weed and the smell immediately flowed into the apartment. With young ones, this was extremely concerning however, not at all the hosts fault. Overall would most definitely stay again and recommend!”
