“We had a lovely visit—always too short! The condo was well stocked and near the pool and beach! Bottom level, so view of the gulf less visible, but also super convenient corner condo close to the pool. Jan was sweet and sent us a bottle of wine since we were celebrating our 50th anniversary! The location was excellent with easy access to the Winn Dixie plaza and the main roads. We’re missing it already!”

“Absolutely loved our stay & the condo! With having a child you often pack a lot to & from the beach. We prefer something ground level with short walking distance & this condo is just that! Beautifully updated place with gorgeous outside beach views. The kitchen having everything we needed was a huge plus! Thank you for the nice welcome gift & for being such a great host. After posting pics online of our stay, so many people have asked for the link to book. We are already booked for next year & can’t wait to come back!”

“From the very beginning, Jan was amazing, extremely responsive, kind, and accommodating. Our flight arrived early, and because the apartment had already been cleaned the day before, Jan was able to let us check in a little earlier than the scheduled 4:00 PM check-in time. We were incredibly grateful for this, especially because we were traveling with little children and otherwise would have had to wait around for several hours with all of our belongings. We did have a small issue with the door lock after trying to change the passcode. When we tried to get back into the apartment, the new code wasn’t working. We contacted Jan, and her son came over right away and fixed it. We really appreciated how promptly they handled everything. The apartment itself was beautiful, but the view was truly one of the highlights of our stay. Also, the beach felt almost private. The location was also incredibly convenient. We were just minutes away from everything. We would 100% stay here again!”
