“Beautiful corner-unit and very roomy for 6. Gorgeous large wraparound deck with plenty of seating. Comfortable for lounging, and a kitchen and eating area large enough for the group. Nice beds, and we appreciated the box fans to keep us cool at night. A bonus was that the North Loop trailhead was essentially right outside the home. The dryer unfortunately didn't work, and we didn't get a response from Berkshire Hathaway until we had already checked out, but at least our clothes could be hung dry overnight. Also note that the TV in the downstairs bedroom isn't hooked up to satellite, and can only be used with a DVD player (the remote for which didn't fully work). As you can see from some of the pictures, there are a lot of stairs (one flight to the unit, and another half flight from the main level to the kitchen) - an elderly person in our group struggled with that, and a too-tall bed. I would say this unit is not ideal for anyone with mobility issues.”

“This home is impeccable and everything is high quality from bedding to linens to toiletries. This slept our family of six perfectly - even the sofa bed was great. This place has very easy access to the pool, gym, and gore trail. I would highly recommend this place.”

“We had a great stay; the place was clean and perfectly suited for our needs. It is a convenient 15-minute walk to Vail, and there are also free buses nearby that get you there in just a few minutes. A few minor things were a bit bothersome. First, the check-in process requires using their independent portal to access information, which I personally didn't like. Additionally, a major temporary issue was the construction noise; it is very loud and starts quite early, making it impossible to sleep in. Parking was also a challenge—spots are limited during the day due to construction vehicles, and it can be difficult to find a space late at night. Overall, I would still recommend this place, especially once the construction is finished.”

“BHHS provided no links to open the garage doors till we reached the place and called them number of times. There is no person in the location or in Vail. BHHS persons on calls were from different US states and had no idea of what was going on. It took us two hours to enter the apartment. BHHS needs to compensate us for the misery and delay they caused to enter the place. Instruction to enter the garage were incorrect. They should have provided instruction with photos.”

“This AirBnB does not have 8 beds as listed. There are only 6 beds. Our guests were forced to sleep on the floor the first night. The company did bring an air mattress but that was completely unacceptable.”
