“This was a great property for a large group. Safe place for all ages. Bike paths and water activities were helpful. Our only issue was checking in on a Sunday. It was hard to get a hold of anyone because we were 1.5 hours early. Leave it to the kiddos to eventually find the back door unlocked. We still waited an hour. The wifi was not working, so they brought us a Hotspot on Monday, and it worked great for the 5 days. Overall, it is a well stocked house, and met all of our needs. Will definitely return.”

“The house was a great size for our group. The kids loved their loft space upstairs. Check-in and check-out were easy and the house was easy to find. The kitchen was well-stocked with supplies. We did have a couple of mishaps during our stay. We were only provided 4 garbage bags for our 4 day stay and with a group of 12, we went through them quickly and ended up having to borrow one from a neighbor. Also, I think more toilet paper should be provided; we were down to our last rolls and also had to borrow some from neighbors. The wifi didn't work and unfortunately some of the people staying with us were on SOS during the whole stay because there was no network for them to connect to. I did reach out for help over text and the app, but did not get a response until we had already checked out the next day. Once your staff did respond, they made it right in the end, but I am hoping this review can help so that future tenants do not have to stress about toiletries during their stay.”

“The place was good—comfortable, fun location in Sunriver. It fit our family of 4 well. The only drawback was a late check in time (5pm) and an early check out (10am). These times were not clear before booking and felt fairly restrictive.”

“The home was a great fit for our group of seven adults. Location in Sunriver was ideal (short walk or bike ride to the Village, steps away from the golf course) and the well stocked kitchen and bikes were super convenient. After using the pump and adjusting several bike seats, our group used the bikes every day we were there. The biggest downside was the lack of responsiveness of the host. Three separate times I tried to contact the host due to check in or check out questions and they were unresponsive even when I messaged them via the app, text and phone call. The check in time is quite late (5pm) and when we arrived at 4pm and attempted the door lock, it wasn’t working because it is timed for 5pm. The check out time is early (10am) and when asked if we could leave at 11am, the host didn’t respond until a couple hours before checkout declining the request. I even tried calling their emergency phone number because the other numbers weren’t effective, and no one answered either.”

“The beds in all three bedrooms are very firm and uncomfortable. The king in the master is either very old or a very cheap spring mattress that squeaks with every little movement. Other than the incredibly uncomfortable beds and half the jets not working in the hot tub, this was a nice home. The home was spacious and seating in the living room was comfortable. If you plan to stay a week or longer and cook most of your meals, bring a few extra garbage bags for the kitchen.”

“The house was what we expected, nothing fancy. The keypad instructions were unnecessarily complicated. All you have to do is punch the numbers and hit the checkmark. No fancy palm touching, etc like they said. The linens were missing for the hide away bed. Since we discovered this after the office closed, we had to improvise. That's a drawback I didn't consider. Other Airbnbs we've stayed in have been privately owned and managed and the owners were much more accessible. This place is owned by a company that has office hours.”
