“Good stay, the room definitely had a lot of places for minor updates and fixes. The blinds, for instance, were missing half of the pieces, and the bathroom in one of the rooms didn't lock because the lock was broken.”

“If our experience with communication went better I would give 5 stars. The hotel was super clean, quite perfect atmosphere for families. The cleaning staff and workers around the building were super nice and helpful getting to know the area. Our condo itself was clean but the A/C broke after the first night causing our trip lots of stress, so much that we had to leave early. Long story short somehow our booking details were messed up and a hvac went to the wrong location. Once we left, benchmark did make it right. Thank you guys for that. I had no other complaints and I’m glad the experience outside of the condo went so well so we have at least some good memories with our children to hold onto. Nichole, thank you again! You’re the real MVP ❤️.”

“Great place to stay. Family friendly. Space was big enough for family of 7. Parking was across the street but felt safe crossing with the traffic. Only complaint was not enough kitchen supplies to have to cook with.”

“The place was nice and exactly what was expected! The check in process was a little stressful due to the lock not working and having to try multiple different things that took a while. But the stay and the Airbnb itself was great!”

“This house was really beautiful and much bigger than it looked from the pictures. Great location and very easy access to beaches and pools. The neighborhood was great for families with kids, sidewalks and cars drove slow throughout.”

“We loved our stay at this truly home away from home. The house was as described and beautiful. However, the location was perfect, a literal minute walk to the beach. The area was also beautiful, clean and manicured. Felt very safe and comfortable with the surroundings. Plenty of activities for the kids with access to three pools, playground, cafe, and a small park area. Easy to get in and out of the community as well. The beach was amazing, clean and empty in April, so we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend!!”

“Beautiful place. Large kitchen, dining room, living room area. The 4 bedroom & 3 baths gave us plenty of space for the entire family. Only issue was, the clothes dryer wasn’t working. Outside of that. We really enjoyed our stay & would definitely come back. Highly recommended.”

“Should have a better description of the party scene and cops involved. It was already expected but it was over kill and took away from vacation. The condo needed to be maintained better and cleaned after each guest. Dryer needs fixed also had to run it 3-4 times for each load.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as described. We’ve stayed at this property several times and had issues with the elevators in the past, but had no issues this time. All of the amenities were open and available for use. Easy walk to the beach and pineapple willies. We had a great time.”
