“It's a great location and at least for us, it was a value stay. To be a beach rental, it had almost no amenities. The condo provides 2 beach chairs and umbrella on first come first serve basis. There were no beach towels provided and no other beach related amenities. The view was beautiful and the location was excellent and close to the center of town.”

“Great location! Public beach ramp right across the street. Definitely a little dated but has great potential, very clean. Thought it was a nice touch they offered a complimentary activity/service depending on your stay. One thing that I would note. We were at the beach and ran back to the condo to grab a snack, there was a man who opened our door with cleaning supplies. Great if it was turn down service but we weren’t aware and thought it was strange someone had just help themselves in.”

“Took an hour to get into the room the room code didn’t work.A bed was broken,stains in the other bed. dust everywhere wasn’t verry clean blinds broken Everything about this place is nice just not the room we stayed in 1006.”

“We loved our stay at this Airbnb. The location was perfect. The house was clean. The Neighbourhood was quiet and comfortable. We did have a very hard time getting into the Airbnb given there was an undisclosed $50 fee. You had to pay to get a QR code to scan into the Airbnb. Warning if you are staying here, you will be expected to pay $50 on top of what your total cost of the stay is, and there is no mention of the amount of the fee in the listing. You will receive an email before checking in with a link to pay $50 for a QR code that will let you scan into the neighborhood. However, we never received the email so we arrived to the Airbnb neighborhood and couldn’t get in to the Airbnb for more than an hour.”

“Our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, the bed sheets and pillowcases were visibly dirty. I contacted the host immediately to request clean linens, but it took more than 24 hours to receive a response. Communication was extremely poor despite multiple attempts to reach them. A clean bed and timely communication are basic expectations for any Airbnb stay, and unfortunately neither was provided.”

“The place was nice and exactly what was expected! The check in process was a little stressful due to the lock not working and having to try multiple different things that took a while. But the stay and the Airbnb itself was great!”

“Should have a better description of the party scene and cops involved. It was already expected but it was over kill and took away from vacation. The condo needed to be maintained better and cleaned after each guest. Dryer needs fixed also had to run it 3-4 times for each load.”
