“The PH was dusty & had food stains on living room floor. The leather sofa was old & needs to be replaced ASAP. The light fixtures need to be replaced throughout the PH . The bathroom tub need to be repainted . Overall this place needs to be upgraded throughout. Honestly I wouldn't book this place again.”

“To start of…. Said did not communicate with us until we arrived at the Airbnb. He asked for me to provide my ID so he can check us in, and to let the front staff know that we will be staying at his residence. Tried to get in contact with him and he still took forever, finally he informs us that we had to pay $52 to him for security fee to the front desk. After an hour and a half, we finally got the okay to check into our rooms. As we arrived we thought the rooms were going to look as the pictures documented, but It was not. I wish I could show pictures in here, the floors were dirty, stains on the wall and the bed sheets. The bathroom was the worse part, black mold in the toilet, the tub had brown stains all over It and the tub mat were disgusting. The walls of the showers were falling apart. Place definitely need a serious renovation or to take It down from Airbnb. Contacted Said and he took forever, had to get airbnb customer support help, even then he was not reaching out to Airbnb.”

“Great location. Spacious with a nice balcony view. Had to wait 30 minutes after arrival to check-in. A couple days in the tv fell completely off the wall in the middle of the night due to poor mounting. It took a day and a half for the owner to respond. The sliding glass doors did not lock, hard to open and the handles were loose. The ice make doesn’t work either. The shower curtain had stains as well. Decent price for the location but overall not a good experience.”

“I would not recommend staying here. At check-in, the unit was dirty and had multiple issues. The AC wasn’t working, the toilet was clogged, and we saw bugs. The sheets and surfaces were visibly unclean. The host did send cleaners and maintenance, but the problems weren’t properly resolved. The unit still didn’t feel sanitary, and the AC and toilet issues continued. Overall, this stay did not meet basic cleanliness or comfort expectations.”

“Requested an early check in because we arrived in Miami at 11 am. Host could not accommodate because there were other guests checking out. Totally understandable no problem. Waited until 3 pm which is when check in is listed on the actual listing and also when the host told me the unit would be ready. Walked into the unit and trash was still in the kitchen in bags, beds stripped, hair on the ground and trash in the bathrooms. Host stated it would take another hour to get the unit ready. Unacceptable. Left and got a refund from Airbnb because host declined the refund request on his end.”

“Do not stay here. There’s cigarette burns in the chairs. The kitchen is grimy and tiles are coming out - they will cut your feet. Kitchen items were dirty.The air conditioning does not work. There was nasty sticky substance in the floor in the bed room. Clearly just taking advantage of the neighborhood - but this place is doing the bare minimum. I can’t stress this enough - take your hard earned money and don’t waste it on this place, you deserve better.”
