Beavers Bend Creative Escapes's guest rating of 4.77 is below average and may adversely impact performance. “Amazing place. Enough room. Loved the swinging chair and the bathtub upstairs”airbnb

“My husband enjoyed this cabin for a short work trip. The fishing pond was a big plus!”airbnb

“The cabin was peaceful and quiet. The description was a little misleading. As the cabin sits on an acre, there is a cabin directly across from it, close enough that you can hear their conversation and music playing on the deck from the porch. Luckily we only had someone staying there the day we arrived, and the day before we left. The river view is peaceful, and a great way to wind down from the day. We attempted to use the kayak but were unable to. It’s stated in the cabin’s book you need to sign a waiver before use, and I reached out to Suzy, she responded very quickly, explaining she needed to contact the owner. I never heard back from her. The kitchen is spacious and had the basics to prepare simple meals. The bathrooms were clean, but the jetted tubs did have some black debris push through when they were turned on. The downstairs mattress is a bit harder than we are used to, but added padding to help. We would definitely stay again despite these minor inconveniences.”airbnb

“Directions need updated. Was difficult to find. Air conditioner was set at 71. Would not go any lower. Was locked out. The temperature in the cabin was warm at night. But was a nice cabin. Beautiful location and very relaxing. Would love to stay again.”airbnb

“On paper this cabin has everything: hot tub, grill, playground. In practice it fell well short of $420/night. Check-in was a mess - the door code was never sent despite being promised, and we were standing outside with nine people before I had to message the host to get it. The cabin had clearly been closed a long time with no refresh: dead and live spiders everywhere including in blankets, an unchanged spider trap under the bed, dirty upstairs carpet, and questionable bed linens. We're fine with nature, but spiders belong outside. The hot tub had significant chemical residue sitting on the bottom. The grill is rusted through and covered with aluminum to hide it. The outdoor playground is coated in moss and unusable. Water pressure was gone by the last shower. Supplies were bare minimum: two rolls of toilet paper, one towel per person, no body wash, and not enough utensils - we had to buy spoons. The location has potential, but the upkeep and guest experience are well below standard.”airbnb

“Location of the cottage was excellent, how ever few things were unsatisfactory: 1. Hot tub never heated up. 2. Dishwasher was not washing the dishes well 3. Coffee machine -no filters. 4. Towels were not washed 5. Missing kitchen dish scrubber. 6. TV was not working.”airbnb

“Great location and a unique place to stay overall, but the amenities and cleanliness need improvement. The deck was covered in dust, and the common areas did not feel well maintained either. The bathrooms were tidy, but be aware that they are located far from the treehouse, so it can be inconvenient if you need to use them during the night. There is also no sink upstairs, which means even washing your hands requires a walk to the bathroom area. The living space itself is very small, though it works fine for a couple looking for a short stay. With better upkeep and cleanliness, this place could offer a much better experience.”airbnb

“The place was in a great location. It was clean and loved the aesthetic. The bed however, was horrible. It felt like sleeping on concrete. Our backs have been hurting ever since our first night. I definitely recommend replacing the mattress. Only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided which was inconvenient along with no dish soap and no coffee pods to go with Keurig. The shower needs some work. The handle is opposite (hot is cold, cold is hot).”airbnb

“Property had significant issues that impacted our stay and prevented use of key amenities: The hot tub was unusable—water was dirty, had a strong odor, and the filter was filled with debris and hair. It appeared poorly maintained, lacked a proper lid (only covered with a sheet), and the pump may not have been functioning. Photos are included. There was a severe propane leak, making it unsafe and impossible to cook. A video clearly shows the leak. The parking area was hazardous, with loose construction screws; one punctured our tire, causing a flat. I spent most of Saturday seeking repairs (shops were closed), then purchased a kit and fixed it myself. Photos of the screws and damage are included. There were also missing basic supplies (no dish sponges) and maintenance issues, including a toilet that required repair during our stay. I notified the host, but they disputed the hot tub condition and declined responsibility, stating issues weren’t reported during the stay. Host declined all”airbnb
