“Location was amazing - right on the entrance to the park - behind the Casino but still very peaceful and quiet. Easy to access once you know where it is. Easy parking. The cabin is very well maintained. The host is charging a premium price for the property, but the property does not stand up to its price range: 1. Wifi coverage is good, but the internet connectivity is very weak - emails and messages barely worked. 2. Host was not responsive to the messages regarding the wifi connectivity - send messages through the app and SMS - none has been answered to this day, App says host is usually replying within 14 hours - wasn't the case for me and not my expectation from premium price. 3. Hot tub has lots of restrictions. Basically, the user is only allowed to turn it on/off - everything else is either prohibited or not working. - The feedback above is base of the expectation set by the high price range”

“We had a wonderful stay! The home was even better in person; clean, comfortable and relaxing. We really enjoyed spending a peaceful weekend there with family. Can’t wait to be back!”

“Great cabin! Kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes for us to use. Plenty of towels and bedding for us! They had a second small fridge which gave us extra fridge room! Hot tub was available for use. The AC worked great in this 90-100’s heat. Lots of games to play, corn hole, ping pong, and pool. Only thing was the kitchen stove hand rail was loose and broken when using the oven, and couches were older and worn down a little. Other than that, we had a great time!”

“This cabin was absolutely gorgeous! Peaceful place to just get away and relax. My family enjoyed just hanging at the cabin with our family. Amenities were perfect!”

“The house itself was great and in an excellent location. Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by poor communication from the host. The listing advertised four king bedrooms, but when we arrived there were only three king bedrooms and one room with a full-size bed. I reached out during our stay to ask about the discrepancy and a few other questions, but never received a response. The only message I received was an automated checkout message after we had already left, and none of my concerns were addressed. I believe this could have been resolved easily if the host had responded and worked with us. The property was nice, but the lack of communication and the inaccurate bedroom listing made the experience disappointing.”

“Great stay and PERFECT outdoor area set-up! Home was clean and very well decorated. Easy access to all the exciting stuff in town. Only draw back, no response when asked to clarify the sleeping occupancy of 8 adult, days prior. Will sleep 7 adults fine, but 8 is pushing it since one of the beds has limited clearance, so more like 6 adults and 2 children. Would have liked a response so that we could have made arrangements for the 8th adult. Besides that it was truly a great place to stay. Oh, and we were able to watch deer and other wild life in the area so everyone loved that!”

“Smelled of raw sewage and the septic tank alarm kept going off despite calling and letting the host know. They told my husband somebody would be out to check it out, and no one ever came in the 4 days we stayed. There was hair left in our shower drain and some hair balls left around the home. Was really disappointed in this cabin considering it was over a thousand dollars. I really thought for the price we paid we would have had a better experience. Smelling sewage while grilling outside really puts a damper on the experience and we would not stay here again especially for the price.”

“Comfy beds, nice area. Typical response time is 22 hours on chat. They give a number to text but no response either. Initially thought we were dealing with a person but it’s a company. Over all the experience wasn’t wholesome- transactional”
