“Overall the place was as expected and no complaints with the cabin. Only negatives were around the automated instructions that were sent out and didn’t account for “off season”. They had me waiting at an unoccupied office and were non responsive when I reached out for help. I managed to drive around and find the place without issue.”

“Had a hard time checking in. took a minute for a response a lot of ladybugs was in one bedroom dead in a live and didn't know a snowstorm was coming 17 inches of snow, so we had to leave early”

“Very beautiful place, clean and they are very flexible when we arrived late. The only hard thing is cold water in the shower but a fresh morning is good for everyone.”

“So a few things. One the dishes were not clean on arrival. Put in instructions to use dishwasher after using dishware. Second beds were not great memory foam kept all of us tossing and turning. Also other people in the bigger cabins kept staring at us when we arrived. I give this overall a 2 put of 5 stars. Lastly you were amazing on giving instructions and very helpful. Also yell yhe resort to clean and maintain the pool and hot tub it was gross and had clumps of hair and was dirty. Would not recommend that.”

“Front door keypad acts funny sometimes. We were locked out, until multiple attempts, handle finally started to work. Stove / oven need updated. Tried cooking lasagna on 375, oven worked more like 500. No oven mitts, had to use wash cloths Coffee pot very slow. Almost 30 minutes to brew a pot of coffee. Needed additional paper towels. Only 1/2 roll when we arrived. Other than the above, the place was great. Very warm and cozy. We had 4 adults and a child, and it worked for us.”
