“Wonderful place; wish we could have stayed longer. (I’m pretty sure we’ll be back.) Perfect setup for our group: our family of four upstairs and our friends (couple) downstairs. We enjoyed our one evening on the deck with the fire pit. Two minor nitpicks: the door code didn’t work when we arrived but I called the property manager who immediately fixed it while we were talking. Also, no dish towels?”

“The place looked exactly like the photos in the listing in terms of layout and decor, so no surprises there. However, cleanliness was a major issue during our stay. There was trash left behind in drawers and on the window sills, which made it clear the space hadn’t been properly checked between guests. The beds had visible stains and did not appear freshly cleaned, which was especially concerning. We also found underwear left out on the balcony from a previous guest. Overall, while the property matches the listing visually, the lack of proper cleaning significantly impacted our experience. I hope the host addresses these issues so future guests can have a better stay.”

“I’m extremely upset. They did not communicate any issues before arriving. I came to an unplowed street and driveway, which made it challenging to even get to the house. When I arrived, the cleaning crew was still there and not even close to being done. The power was out. And the fireplace did not work, which was not communicated with me before arriving. My family was very disappointed. When expressing all of this to the property management they simply said sorry and offered me a refund, but nothing else to help accommodate my stay. I had to find a last-minute Airbnb for 13 people, a vacation that we do once a year.”
