“Very nice house. We loved the open layout between the kitchen, dining room and living room. The decortive bears in the bedrooms became our towel hangers due to the lack of dressers or hangers in the two smaller bedrooms. Otherwise, a very nice place in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood.”

“Nice clean place. Comfortable upstairs bed and clean Nice bathroom. We booked this place because we needed an extra bedroom for family that was coming for one night. Unfortunately we had ants in the kitchen and downstairs had some cockroaches. I totally understand that insects happen, I wouldnt sleep downstairs and my family member decided not to stay. I paid a lot for this airbnb primarily for the 2nd bed and bath. I was refunded half of what I thought was reasonable for the inconvenience.”

“This place is incredible! We were 6 adults, and there was more than enough space! My dad and brother enjoyed the pool table, and our family enjoyed French pétanque on the bocce ball court right at sunset. The views from the living room and balcony are so relaxing and beautiful. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking, we did both dinners at the Airbnb. You are only a 6 minute drive to downtown (we recommend the Parking structure on Granite Street), so you could easily eat all your meals out. Some people say they walked down, which is possible, but it is a hill back up, just to be aware. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and we had an absolutely wonderful stay! Highly recommend!”

“I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT BASIC AMENITIES LIKE HOT WATER PAYING FOR A HOUSE LIKE THIS. THIS HOME WAS RENTED FOR MY WEDDING. WE HAD A WEDDING REHEARSAL SO WE DID NOT GET TO THE HOUSE UNTIL AFTER 10pm. WE WERE GOING TO TAKE A BATH IN THE JET TUB BUT IT DID NOT WORK!!! TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE THE HOUSE HAD NO HOT WATER. I MESSAGED OUR HOST AT 6am AND SHE DID NOT RETURN A MESSAGE UNTIL AFTER 9am AND DIDNT FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM UNTIL AFTER 1PM. BRENDA STATED SHE HAD HER OWN DAUGHTERS WEDDING THE SAME DAY SO THIS EXPLAINS WHY SHE DIDNT HAVE TIME TO HELP HER CUSTOMERS THAT PAY $600+ A NIGHT TO STAY HERE. BRENDAS LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND NASTY RESPONSES RUINED OUR WEDDING WEEKEND. AIRBNB THEN FURTHER RUINED OUR WEEK BY NOT FAIRLY RECOGNIZING AND FIXING THIS SITUATION WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY OFFERED ME A LAUGHABLE $200 REFUND. I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING FOR FREE I JUST WANT TO RECEIVE WHAT I PAY FOR. SHAME ON BRENDA FOR HER SELFISHNESS AND SHAME ON AIRBNB FOR THEIR GREEDINESS.”
