“This was our second time staying in that condo and we love it! Great location and great view!”

“the location was great but the condo wasn’t. It’s obvious for the pictures it’s dated, but that wasn’t the issue. The floors weren’t cleaned properly, we found 2 dead silver fish stuck to baking dishes, the paint under the thin window seats was severely chipped and pealing, and there appeared to be water damage over the window on the ceiling in the bedroom. *the building- the pool gate wouldn’t lock which could be an issue with kids.”

“This condo was fun to stay at, however a few things to point out that did not meet expectations. 1. The poolside bar / restaurant will not serve guests or tenants staying in the condos. Only owners. 2. They will not allow any beach tents or shades at all. Even if set up behind the reserved chairs. For how much money it cost to stay here, that should be disclosed in the add.”

“This would have undoubtedly been a 5 star stay. However, the wristband policy left us feeling uncomfortable and treated as second class guests. Renters are given green wristbands, while owners receive blue wristbands. Green wristbands are restricted from using one of the pools and the on site restaurant, while blue wristbands have access to all amenities. Unfortunately, I wasn’t made aware of these restrictions before or during check in. I only found out after a staff member informed me that I wasn’t permitted to use a particular pool or dine at the restaurant. It was an awkward and embarrassing experience that took away from an otherwise perfect trip.”

“Great stay overall. The location was hard to beat and everything is close by. Easy walk to the beach. The place was clean, comfortable, exactly what we needed. I'm definitely coming back.”

“Place was nice but I would recommend to the host to add supplies to the condo. No coffee, basic cooking supplies.”

“The condo was lovely. We enjoyed the spacious balcony while watching the sunset, listening to the waves, and just relaxing. There was plenty of room and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“The house is beautiful, and the beachfront location is amazing. However, the instructions could have been much clearer. We weren't told that the doors needed to stay closed at all times because it affects the A/C. We only had the doors open briefly while going in and out from the beach, but the entire top floor never cooled down. The owner sent someone to help, but he only reminded us to keep the doors closed. We even left for about eight hours one day, expecting the upstairs to be cool when we returned, but it never was. As a result, the guests staying upstairs had to sleep on the sofa beds instead. Unfortunately, the sofa beds were also full of sand. I didn't mention that to the owner, so she may have addressed it if I had. We spent our entire stay without A/C on the top floor. Even though this was the most affordable beachfront home we found. This is my sixth year renting a beach house, and it's the first time I've experienced an issue like this. The owner did send me some money. :)”

“We rented this property from Saturday 5/16 to Saturday 5/23 based on the advertised amenities to include both the pool bar and two pools. On Monday 5/18, we were told that effective immediately we couldn’t use either the pool bar, pool area, restrooms or walk way to the beach because Airbnb rented through Bayview and only Good Life rentals can access the property amenities. Two owners told us that Good Life bought the property and was in a fight with the property owners to rent their properties through Good Life. They said this fight had been going on since last Fall. This was not disclosed to us and was falsely advertised. We contacted Bayview properties and were told they weren’t responsible for changes. Total false advertisement. We left early and went to the Sandestin Hilton next door. We will never rent through them again. We’ve rented in Tops’l for 10 years and never had this problem.”
