“We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Sea Pines! The house was perfect for our group of 10. It was spacious, comfortable and well maintained. The accommodations had everything we needed and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. The communication from Jay & Linda was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful and made the entire process seamless. Another great part was the location. The home was accessible to the beaches, bike trails and restaurants with a short bike ride or drive. Overall, this was fantastic experience and we would absolutely stay here again!”

“We had an amazing stay at Cotton Cottage The house was as it was advertised. Pool was amazing (we did ask to have it heated). We spent every afternoon out there enjoying the pool and beautiful weather. We had only one small issue with the propane tank and they took care of right away. Beautiful stay and will definitely rebook with them. Highly recommend.”

“The house was very nice but the outside was very disappointing! There were so many leaves and stuff that every time we went in the house we brought things with us. A quick blow and sweep curd that. (Which my husband did) The pool was very dirty and they ended up coming to clean it on Saturday afternoon. The two white lounge chairs were extremely dirty and we had to clean before even trying them. They are very hard and could not be used, would suggest cushions like everything else had. Had to go to my nieces to sunbath in South Beach. The house inside had everything we needed!”
