“House was awesome. 5 minute bike ride to the beach and 10-15 to Harbour Town area. Bike, beach and baby gear rentals were easy and ready when we arrived. Hosts were responsive and very helpful.”

“We've stayed in Sea Pines over the years; this was our first time in the Stoney Creek units. Linda and Jay's Unit 260 is perfectly located; the view from the living area is onto a quiet, beautiful marsh, and there's a path to the pool gate just outside the front door. Parking out front is easy, and the walk to Harbourtown is short. The interior is updated and spacious with an open kitchen that has everything we needed. The bedrooms are very tasteful and comfortable. The 2.5 bathrooms are remodeled and work well. Linda and Jay are proactive and responsive. Highly recommend this unit and would love to come back next year!”

“We had an amazing time at this property! Beachside HH are fantastic at their job, and prepared us so well for our stay! They were super responsive, thought of everything, and all instructions were very clear. The property location is next to the bike path to the beach. It was an easy .8 mile away from the Sea Pine Beach club which was perfect. We ate at both Coast and Frazier's at the golf club, both excellent. The property was beautiful, with glass doors across the entire back of house with views of the 2nd hole fairway. The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare meals. The beds were super comfy and the air conditioning worked well. We loved our stay! So easy and enjoyable! Thanks Linda and Jay!”

“This house was excellent. Linda and Jay were great to work with. They were so communicative and very flexible and helpful with any questions we had. The house and pool were truly a great value and could have housed even more than just our little family. Everything was pretty perfect. This is not a negative by any means, but the one thing that we would recommend to anyone wanting to stay here is to make sure you bring your pool toys and beach supplies as the house does not have any of those other than an umbrella for the beach. Honestly, this is such a minor thing though. Everything else about the house was incredible.”

“We had a great stay at Linda and Jay’s! Everything was as described in the listing and there was plenty of room for our large group to hang out together for meals/pool time at the house. Short walk to the beach once you find your way to the access point, would recommend bringing a wagon to transport chairs/coolers. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future!”

“Excellent pet friendly home with gated areas to protect dogs. Location near Harbourtown and Beach Club on bikes was minutes. Large kitchen and eating areas good for our family and friends. Living room was spacious , sectional couch provided good amount of seating. Appreciated provided bath supplies and pool/beach towels, dishwashing and clothes washing pods.”
