“Our stay was significantly impacted by the lack of internet service during our vacation. We reported the issue shortly after checking in, but it wasn’t resolved for 3 days. Being without internet was a considerable inconvenience and greatly disrupted our stay. However, the most disappointing part was the host’s communication. Responses were slow, and we had to consistently following up to ensure the issue was being addressed. This lack of communication only added to our frustration. Fortunately, Airbnb Support stepped in and helped move the situation toward a resolution. While the home itself met our expectations, the response to the lack of internet did not. I hope Beachside Getaways improves its communication and response to issues involving their properties. Based on our experience, future guests should know that resolving a major problem required repeated follow-up and Airbnb’s intervention before it was addressed.”

“Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and in a great location. Beautiful decorations. There were minor issues during our stay like no beach towels. I also had questions about checking in and was told I would be called back but did not hear back. Also, it would have been nice to have a coffee bar (k cups, creamer, etc) for the price. The backyard was nice but needed new cement and clean up.”
