“For our particular use, kitchen too small and would have liked 2nd bathroom upstairs with bedrooms. My fault for not checking closer ahead of time.”

“The house was in a great location and walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants! The house was clean, however we did find some silverware in the drawer that had crusted food on them. The air conditioner wasn't working very well and the home was very warm during the day. We opened windows and used fans to try to cool off which helped. Overall though we enjoyed our stay!”

“The cottage was clean and tidy located in a quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the beach and shops. We would definately recommend to friends and family.”

“The house was the perfect size for our family. Kitchen is adequately stocked for basic cooking. The beds were ok, but it would have been nice to have more comfortable mattresses, especially on the bunks and definitely could have better pillows on the beds. It was also great to find a wagon in the garage to use to haul our things to the beach, and while it is a bit of a walk to the beach, the house is also close to the convention center which worked well for our stay.”

“I've never needed to leave a less than perfect review until now. This place had a strong odor. I had not noticed that the listing says pet friendly. Initially I thought maybe it was a moist wood smell, so we just opened windows, but it may have been pet urine. There's also moldy spots on the ceiling in the shower. The listing does say the AC is downstairs, but to clarify, there is no AC upstairs where the bedrooms are. I only noticed 1 vent for air flow from downstairs to upstairs. Had it been warmer weather, we would have been quite uncomfortable even with fans. The location is very convenient. Within walking distance to the beach, aquarium and shops. I appreciated that they had a pack n play, high chair, and baby gates. Beds were comfortable, living room furniture wasn't great but functional. Althought check out time is 11:00 the housekeeper showed up at 8:00 and told my husband she didn't want to leave and come back. We felt rushed out.”
