“absolutely loved the cottage, took my kids and 2 dogs. beautiful home great location a little expensive but the only negative thing is parking. not very many parking spots and they are on the smaller size.”

“The view and porch are spectacular! It’s so wonderful getting to sleep to the sound of the ocean. The spot itself could use some updating since furniture seemed well loved - the bed is very hard and so are the pillows (I know some people prefer that). But all in all a super awesome spot.”

“A place right on the beach with a hot tub was a perfect little getaway! This location is super close to the main drive in Lincoln City so restaurants and shops are close by. Getting to sit in the hot tub watching a pod of whales in the ocean was a delightful experience. Direct access to the beach is a huge gift plus you aren't near the main parking areas for the beach so it was never crowded even on a nice weather weekend. This is a house that has been converted to 5 smaller spaces for rent. Some have balconies, but we chose the hot tub which meant we had people above us. You can hear them but it wasn't a bother. The host was responsive and timely. The water pressure was fantastic in the shower. My husband and I both enjoyed our time there and will defintely hope to return some day. One item I was glad I asked about is beach towels. There are chairs for the grassy area but they don't provide any beach towels/blankets so be prepared for that. Not a big deal just plan ahead.”

“the place is very quaint - clean, and has a homely vibe with very responsive host. Two suggestions: 1. the beach access can be improved. the rocks used as steps are not easy to climb and down, our neighbor and a quite a lot of places and actual steps - the host should do that. I almost slipped on the rocks. it can be a safety hazard even if it's just a short pathway up and down. 2. It was really hot. I know this may be a thing in Lincoln city and most beach towns. But an AC would have done wonders. we used the fan the host left us but it was still stuffy. but overall - nice , cute cottage.”

“Listed as entire home. That is not actually the case. There’s the upper rental and the lower rental which is like a little apartment. Over paid for an apartment. Paid for what an actual whole home rental would have been. We wanted the privacy of the whole home and was very disappointed to find out it wasn’t. Beds were not comfortable. Careful in the shower. If any other water is ran it’ll make the shower way hotter and they have the water heater set way to hot so it’ll burn you if you aren’t careful. Careful with your kids.”
