“We have been staying in the area for 25 years and this is hands down our favorite location yet. Everything about the unit was as described. A few minor issues came up but Beaches USA was very responsive. We would highly recommend this unit and hope to be back soon!”

“We had a great time. Short 3 min walk to beach. Restaurant next door, very convenient, not loud, covered parking. The apartment itself looked a little dated but worked perfectly for what we needed.”

“A four night stay was too much for what they offer. It was never stated in Airbnb that you had to walk a short distance to get to the beach. Only one extra for a four bedroom unit. The master bedroom bathroom shower was pathetic. Extremely small and no shelf to put your bathroom items on. Could not turn the shower on without water hitting the floor. Airbnb pictures looked great and inviting.. Needs a lot of work. would not recommend for the price that is charged.”

“The location was great with a Beautiful pool and convenient to the beach and Restaurants in the area. The instructions were confusing we were told to go to 612 when there was no 612 it was 610 so we were an hour late checking in due to trying to find the address. when we did get into the unit is was really hot and humid and I discovered the window in the kitchen was broken and wide open. The pool was lovely but I would recommend Bug zappers because of the amount of Mosquitoes I would stay here again but probably not for the price I paid for 3 nights. The pool and convenience is the selling point of this property”

“We enjoyed the stay with my kids as they really enjoyed the pool. WiFi didn’t work and was communicating with people in the office the whole time. Was getting the run around. So having no WiFi put a huge damper on my vacation with the kids and work. Communication was awful.”

“I thought the pictures and star rating really misrepresented the place online. It looked very dumpy on the outside and I was hoping the inside would be better when we pulled up. It had some nice features-the mattress was nice and the TVs were nice, but it just felt cheap and not cozy. The couch was old and had a light brown stain on it, the bed frame made a noise with every movement and didn't seem to support the mattress, the bathroom needs a remodel, and it is very loud. You can hear everything upstairs and the street noise is so loud. The living room could use some blackout curtains; it was too bright at night. It had a funky smell that was okay after being in there for a while but you can smell a "musty" smell when you walk in. I was then disappointed that the management company asked me to write them a "private review" for anything under 5 stars. It was fine but not worth 5 stars. I am sure 5-star places would be quite a bit more expensive!”

“the place was nice but the pool had two building using it because their pool was broken. management company charges cleaning fee but wanted us to clean and the. demanded more money. we did the dishes washed the towels. We left food for the cleaners in the fridge and salt n pepper. they are harassing for more cleaning fee. lol. right!!! I rent for my home and NEVER HAVE ANYONE DO DISHES OR LAUNDRY after I charge a cleaning fee. charge a higher cleaning fee and leave the customer and the owner alone. I would fire your company for ridiculousness”

“It was good overall, however we found some roaches during the stay and also they have had left behind some construction stuff.”
