“Muy satisfechos con el departamento, tiene una vista única y el acceso al piso es muy rápido. El resort esta muy bueno y la camioneta que te lleva a la playa funciona perfecto. La pileta es muy disfrutable tambien.”

“Tuvimos una excelente estadía en un gran departamento. Luciana y Nicole grandes anfitrionas, dando respuesta inmediata y grandes recomendaciones, con muy buena onda. El departamento muy cómodo y amplio, bien equipado y con grandes vistas. Acceso directo a hermosa playa con un gran servicio de sillas y sombrillas. Acceso muy conveniente. Volveremos sin dudas.”

“O apartamento é espaçoso, limpo e os ambientes são muito aprazíveis. A região é linda e tranquila, embora um pouco distante de alguns hot points de Miami. Todos os contatos com a equipe Beach Vibes foram fáceis, rápidos e gentis. Gostamos muito! Altamente recomendado para quem deseja um lugar para até 8 pessoas em Miami.”

“La descripción del departamento coincidía bastante con lo publicado y la ubicación es muy buena. En general, la relación precio-calidad me pareció correcta y tuvimos una buena estadía. Como puntos a mejorar, el departamento podría estar un poco más limpio y tener algo más de mantenimiento. Había algunas manchas en las paredes y ciertos electrodomésticos o equipamiento de cocina se notaban bastante usados, aunque igualmente funcionaban bien y no estaban rotos. El edificio está bien, pero creo que estaría bueno aclarar desde el principio que cobran el resort fee y el parking por adelantado, ya que no estaba claramente indicado en la publicación. Pedimos cambio de sábanas, un repasador y una esponja de platos, y nos lo enviaron en 24 horas. Más allá de esos detalles, el departamento es cómodo, está bien equipado y cumple con lo prometido. Solo considero que no lo definiría como un “departamento de lujo”, sino más bien como un muy buen departamento.”

“Read entire listing details. Not only does the air bnb charge you but the resort charges you fees as well. Also there is no parking unless you valet. So for a month stay, it was over 300 in resort fees and almost 300 for valet services. If you’re expecting mail….. get tracking numbers. My mail was lost 3 times even though I had names who signed for it and had to change to have my mail sent to my work instead. The staff at resort are super friendly and very helpful and the valet staff are even more friendly. Be prepared to constantly be asked to grant permission to allow the unit to be viewed by strangers as the unit is for sale. I had to leave work once to get to room first to pack up my important things and valuables to allow this. Had I known I could say no without backlash I would have said no every time! The hosts are always communicative when they want to show the unit but when you ask to be informed when they are done, rarely got word! Would never stay here again”

“The place needs to be more accommodating I booked this resort because I was getting surgery the bed had pee stains in the bed and the host was not trying to change my reservation until air bnb was involved even after I told them I was prone to infection, on top of that I didn’t go to the pool didn’t care to but my mom tried to go to the bar and they were closed early , I would not book again didn’t understand the resort fees as well especially wen amenities were included besides pool .”
