“Just a few words I have to say is the house is nice. The pool was dirty people didn’t want to get in. The front door knob was broken which I got locked out the house one time. & in the master bedroom the smoke alarm or something by the door in side the master bedroom was hanging from the roof which feel off as soon as I open the door when I got there. Other than that my guest had a okay stay.”

“Find another condo in the building. (Honestly, the resort wasn't even as maintained as it was in November of 2025 when we traveled there the first time). This condo (2505) was nothing like what we stayed in previously. We traveled with two elderly/chronic ill family members; our plans to cook for them all week, enjoy the high rise view & really soak up all the condo & resort offered was a disaster. If you rent this place, get ready to clean up upon arrival; its dirty, needs to be deep cleaned & freshened up. Be ready to give your money to a local grocer for basic cooking supplies, like salt, pepper, oil spray & bring all your own kitchen needs. The random kitchen garbage is just that, Dollar Tree's finest or it simply doesn't exist. Be prepared to provide your own detergents, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen clothes, hand towels, hand soap, everything that is basic needs for a week's stay. Airbnb support was AI & dismissive of requests or inquiries.”

“This room needed maintenance asap. The carpet was stained, and I kept addressing the issue. I was being ignored by the host and I was not happy about it. There were several other things that needed fixing or replacement for example an iron or the TV wasn’t working. The sinks were not draining. There were oil stains in the kitchen everywhere. Dirt everywhere. Sheets and duvet were not clean, had stains on them. But most of all that bothered me was the stain on the carpet floor in the bedroom. I had to contact Airbnb Support and every time I address an issue the host would ignore, tried convincing me to pay for a cleaning fee. I don’t understand why I need to pay for something that was there before I checked in. In my opinion, the hosts are irresponsible and not communicative, otherwise the hotel is nice. They didn’t even compensate. Please don’t book this room if you’re looking for peace and communication throughout your stay. I wouldn’t book this place again.”

“I cannot recommend this rental based on my experience. I checked in and left within approximately 30 minutes because the property was not clean, safe, or as advertised. The room was dirty, with stained bedding and visible rust. There was no functioning light in the room, and exposed electrical wires were hanging from the ceiling, creating a serious safety concern. The windows also lacked adequate safety features, making me feel uncomfortable staying there.I had prepaid for a one-month stay, which should have provided ample time for the property to be properly cleaned and maintained before my arrival. Although I was told repairs could be made, I was on a limited schedule and it was not reasonable to wait for the property to be cleaned and safety hazards corrected after check-in. Because the condition of the rental did not match the listing and presented multiple cleanliness and safety issues, I had no choice but to leave immediately and seek other accommodations.”

“Very pungent smell of an old hotel when you enter, there was termites in the closet that my daughter noticed there was also paint chipping on the ceilings in places, also the pictures ARE ALOT NICER THAN IT IS IN PERSON VERY MUCH EDITED!!! Also the parking is horrible for my particular slot because of poles behind the parking spot which if there’s two cars on both sides made it difficult to get out because I’d have to reverse and pull forward 5 times in order to get out. Definitely not worth the price in my opinion it was basically a 2 or 1 star single layer motel that had people who live there not air bnb quality I’ve ever experienced that’s for sure.”

“The TV was completely non-functional from arrival — listed as a key amenity but unable to connect to WiFi despite multiple password resets from the host. The air conditioning failed on night four, leaving the room over 80 degrees for four consecutive nights. Instead of resolving it, the host’s “technician” only cycled the breaker, then disappeared. I was expected to wait around on vacation for repairs while the host deflected responsibility onto me. After paying over thirteen hundred dollars, I shouldn’t have to troubleshoot their equipment or chase down their facilities manager. Both advertised amenities failed entirely and nothing was fixed. Do not book.”

“Read entire listing details. Not only does the air bnb charge you but the resort charges you fees as well. Also there is no parking unless you valet. So for a month stay, it was over 300 in resort fees and almost 300 for valet services. If you’re expecting mail….. get tracking numbers. My mail was lost 3 times even though I had names who signed for it and had to change to have my mail sent to my work instead. The staff at resort are super friendly and very helpful and the valet staff are even more friendly. Be prepared to constantly be asked to grant permission to allow the unit to be viewed by strangers as the unit is for sale. I had to leave work once to get to room first to pack up my important things and valuables to allow this. Had I known I could say no without backlash I would have said no every time! The hosts are always communicative when they want to show the unit but when you ask to be informed when they are done, rarely got word! Would never stay here again”

“The place needs to be more accommodating I booked this resort because I was getting surgery the bed had pee stains in the bed and the host was not trying to change my reservation until air bnb was involved even after I told them I was prone to infection, on top of that I didn’t go to the pool didn’t care to but my mom tried to go to the bar and they were closed early , I would not book again didn’t understand the resort fees as well especially wen amenities were included besides pool .”

“THIS HOUSE WAS A MESS NEEDS ALOT OF FIXING AND NEW HOST THERE WAS DIRTY LAUNDRY LEFT DIRTY PLATES IN CABINET, CURTAINS FALLING OF RODS, SOFA VERY OLD, REFRIGERATOR WAS DIRTY, SOMEONE ELSE HYGIENE WAS LEFT IN BATHROOM SHOWER, GRASS EXTREMELY TALL, HOST WAS NOT UNDERSTANDING AT ALL THEY OFFERED ME 20 PERCENT BACK IF I GOT ON THE SITE AND LEAVE A GOOD REVIEW WHICH BASICALLY THEY WANTED ME TO LIE WHEN I TOLD HER I WOULD NOT LIE SHE STATED SHE WOULD NOT RELEASE THW REFUND WE TALKED ABOUT.
