Beach Resort Services's guest rating of 4.63 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Fun little beach house for a fun little weekend away. House was in great condition and in a great spot for easy public beach access. We had a great time!”airbnb

“Claro. Esta versión conserva los puntos importantes y está por debajo de 1.000 caracteres: The property itself was nice and spacious, but unfortunately our overall experience was disappointing. Several utensils were dirty upon arrival and had to be washed before use. Basic supplies such as toilet paper, dish soap, and bathroom soap were not provided. The grill did not work despite being told it did; we even purchased a new gas tank that we left unused. The water had such a strong metallic taste that we used bottled water even to brush our teeth. Checkout instructions emailed by management were more extensive than those shown on Airbnb, including washing, drying and putting away all dishes, stripping beds, and cleaning the grill despite a cleaning fee. After checkout, our $800 security deposit was held over alleged driveway damage while awaiting engineering and inspection reports. The matter remains unresolved.”airbnb

“House was very nice. Only thing that stood out was the poor quality of the water. The water was brown the whole stay and smelled really bad. Could not cook with the water or brush teeth. Also, there was only 1 used rolled of toilet paper in the whole house. Was not aware we had to bring our own toilet paper for a 3 bathroom home.”airbnb

“This is a great house if all you want to do it have a place to store your stuff. The house is woefully under stocked and small. The house says its for a max of 10 guests, but it is entirely unprepared for anything less than half of that. I had 10 guests stay a week. There was only 1/3 of small bottle of hand soap available, 7 trash bags for the entire trip, and 8 forks in the entire house. The knifes are rusty and dull with the smallest single cutting board. The living room & dinning room only seats 4-5. There is no extra pillows or sheets. The water, like any beach house, smells awful and tastes weird. The refrigerator needed a new water filter. The worst part of everything though was the vomit/diarrhea stains in the primary bathroom. Overall ignoring how under stocked the house is, its a fine place to stay. It's in a great location to walk to the beach. The small couch is comfortable. All the kitchen appliances worked. However, there's a lot of rentals on Ocean Ave.”airbnb

“We really enjoyed our stay. The house is well stocked with just about everything you need. We only had one golf cart which was disappointing and not communicated to us prior to our arrival.”airbnb

“Overall, the house was spacious enough to accommodate several families. However, the tap water was completely unusable because rusty, yellow-colored water came out of every faucet. We had to buy bottled water not only for drinking but also for brushing our teeth, and we were unable to shower for three days. At first, we thought the yellow stains inside the toilet were due to poor cleaning, but we later realized they were caused by the rusty water itself. Our group had to keep buying bottled water throughout our stay, which resulted in unexpected additional expenses.”airbnb

“The house was beautiful but the air was a problem. We were instructed to keep the air on a certain number on both upstairs and downstairs in order for them to work, which I think is ridiculous because there's more people that is able to stay downstairs than upstairs. The water was undrinkable and unusable to prepare food so we had to spend extra money for that. Even when we took a shower, the water had a stench to it. We made the best out of what we had to work with.🤷🏿”airbnb

“Place is lovely and very comfortable. Only hiccup we had was that we did not receive the emailed instructions which would have told us that the place did not provide toilet paper. Would definitely consider returning. The location is great with easy beach access. Do make sure to bring bug spray. There's a ton of mosquitoes in the area.”airbnb
