Beach Rentals At Navarre

“We had a great trip overall and it was a beautiful place just a little dirty as the windows were hard to see out of, the floors made everyone’s feet black when you walked barefoot and the bathroom had a funky smell too it. But other than that our stay was still great!”

“The proximity to the beach is perfect. Easy walk especially with kids. Beach isnt crowded at all even during peak season. The condo itself felt like a 3 star hotel. Needs lots of improvements. The vents & ceiling lights are rusted. Shower head is held on by a string of some sort. The oven was dirty with food at the bottom. The sheet on the couch bed was dirty. There were rats outside below the deck area. I would not stay here again.”

“1. The condo floors have not been mopped. Left our feet black when walking across. 2. Bathroom showers had mold and mildew on the tile and grout. 3. Bedroom that connected to kitchens air didn’t work efficiently. The area stayed 80* +. Very hot especially when outside heat index was over 100*. We used 3 fans and didn’t help. Just circulated hot area. However, the rest of the condo was fine very cool. 4. The neighbors of the condo smoke pot constantly and the smell lingered the whole week inside and outside the condo. I know you can’t control what neighbors do but the smell was very unpleasant day and night.”

“Place was nice and clean on arrival but kept getting bitten at night. On the last day I found bed bugs in the master bedroom”

“The internet was the only issue with the unit We had 4 adults and two teenagers all needing to access the internet, at best we were able to get access 10% at best. You would think that a unit worth $$$$$$ could figure out how to fix this problem.”

“This house is gorgeous and so clean!! We had a long list of things we loved about it, but unfortunately the fire alarm going off for hours at a time and having to wait two hours to get anyone out to the house spoiled our first evening and morning at the house. The elevator and house speakers were also not working when we got there and we had to get someone to come work on both. It was a frustrating g experience having paid for something and then having some of those advertised things not work. The house was clean and everything was spotless so that was a huge plus. The basement is not quite as luxurious as it was advertised.”

“It is a very nice unit with a great view. I have service dogs so make sure you let them know. It’s in my AirBnb that I have service dogs but owner said it doesn’t show on their end. I received a message saying that someone seen my dogs and that if I wanted them to charge my credit card $500 additional dollars. It would have been nice if the owners asked if I had service dogs first. It was resolved pretty easy once I told them the fact pattern. Overall it is an excellent unit. It has 3 bedrooms but we only used one. All bedrooms have king beds and we’re very clean.”

“We had the best time!! Location was wonderful! The pool was nice and clean. The view was breathtaking. The condo was wonderfully stocked with everything we needed for the week. My kids loved sitting on balcony to eat breakfast and lunch. We were able to see a lot of dolphins in the morning, which I personally loved. We had a little trouble at check-in. We arrived later in the evening so was not able to get into contact with anyone. Was looking for a place to enter code on door. There is a “screen door” you have to open to get to main door. I turned knob but it didn’t turn so I thought it was locked. ( Just pulls open). Luckily a neighbor helped us out. They also changed the code on the gate to get in but didn’t tell us until the following day. Luckily there was someone working there that was able to give us the code. Aside from the couple of times we couldn’t get in we had a wonderful time! We would 100% stay here again, it was great! You can’t beat that view!!”
