Beach Rentals At Navarre

“We were four adults who grew up in Pensacola. We come back as often as we can to Navarre Beach. This condo unit had beautiful views of the Gulf from the balcony and the large windows on the side windows gave great sunset views. We really enjoyed the layout of the unit. The kitchen was spacious and we liked the open floor plan. Walkway to the beach was convenient and there was a lot of parking spaces.”

“The space and the view was outstanding. The location on the beach as well was awesome. Very cute and well decorated rental. Only downside was it was not cleaned well at all. There were hairs inside the showers so badly the housecleaner had to have skipped cleaning the showers/tubs. There were crumbs and old food underneath the couch. My daughter dropped a pacifier between the cushions, so this is how I discovered that. The towels in the bathroom smelled like mildew and a handful of them from the master bathroom smelled strongly of cigarettes. Overall, this was a great space and stay and had it not been for the lack of cleanliness, it would’ve been a 5 star stay.”

“Washer did not work did small loads and clothes got stained with detergent because the washer isn’t washing them, kitchen fridge had missing slides and trash can pull out was broken, also could not open the door until 5:04 I tried texting host we could not get in and got no response and there was no one cleaning so early check in time was available but not given and could not even check in at the time we paid for.”

“Stains, pealing paint, living rm rug had previous Months receipt under it. Outside Doors that don't lock. Not a private balcony. Relaxing beds and sleeps 6 (pull out had crumbs)”

“The proximity to the beach is perfect. Easy walk especially with kids. Beach isnt crowded at all even during peak season. The condo itself felt like a 3 star hotel. Needs lots of improvements. The vents & ceiling lights are rusted. Shower head is held on by a string of some sort. The oven was dirty with food at the bottom. The sheet on the couch bed was dirty. There were rats outside below the deck area. I would not stay here again.”

“Place was nice and clean on arrival but kept getting bitten at night. On the last day I found bed bugs in the master bedroom”

“The internet was the only issue with the unit We had 4 adults and two teenagers all needing to access the internet, at best we were able to get access 10% at best. You would think that a unit worth $$$$$$ could figure out how to fix this problem.”

“This house is gorgeous and so clean!! We had a long list of things we loved about it, but unfortunately the fire alarm going off for hours at a time and having to wait two hours to get anyone out to the house spoiled our first evening and morning at the house. The elevator and house speakers were also not working when we got there and we had to get someone to come work on both. It was a frustrating g experience having paid for something and then having some of those advertised things not work. The house was clean and everything was spotless so that was a huge plus. The basement is not quite as luxurious as it was advertised.”

“It is a very nice unit with a great view. I have service dogs so make sure you let them know. It’s in my AirBnb that I have service dogs but owner said it doesn’t show on their end. I received a message saying that someone seen my dogs and that if I wanted them to charge my credit card $500 additional dollars. It would have been nice if the owners asked if I had service dogs first. It was resolved pretty easy once I told them the fact pattern. Overall it is an excellent unit. It has 3 bedrooms but we only used one. All bedrooms have king beds and we’re very clean.”

“We had the best time!! Location was wonderful! The pool was nice and clean. The view was breathtaking. The condo was wonderfully stocked with everything we needed for the week. My kids loved sitting on balcony to eat breakfast and lunch. We were able to see a lot of dolphins in the morning, which I personally loved. We had a little trouble at check-in. We arrived later in the evening so was not able to get into contact with anyone. Was looking for a place to enter code on door. There is a “screen door” you have to open to get to main door. I turned knob but it didn’t turn so I thought it was locked. ( Just pulls open). Luckily a neighbor helped us out. They also changed the code on the gate to get in but didn’t tell us until the following day. Luckily there was someone working there that was able to give us the code. Aside from the couple of times we couldn’t get in we had a wonderful time! We would 100% stay here again, it was great! You can’t beat that view!!”
