Beach Rentals At Navarre

“The home was very nice and very, very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The backyard around the pool had plenty of room for yard games, etc. My only negative is that there were no drawers in any of the bedrooms to place clothes; however, the closets were fairly large, so this was not a major issue. I would bring some extra washcloths if you are bringing a large group. We were given a dozen washcloths for ten people. We just did as the rental company suggested when we asked for more washcloths, and did a load of towels and washcloths every day we were there.”

“Overall great stay for my fiancé and I but the place felt more cramped and dated compared to the pictures. I would have loved to have a physical welcome book there with recommendations for the area. I wasn’t a big fan of the digital information only.”

“Wonderful location for a great price. Easy access to the beach and resort amenities. Absolutely loved being on the ground floor and able to just walk out the back door to the beach boardwalk. The unit was clean and everything was in great condition. Right next to a public beach access but it was still so quiet and not crowded everyday we were on the beach. I will say that when they say they supply the bare minimum, they mean it. If you’re staying for longer than a weekend bring extra everything (paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, dish/laundry soap, coffee filters) and if you plan on cooking anything bring seasonings/oil. These things weren’t a deal breaker for us, just want others to be prepared. We would gladly stay again!!!”

“Fantastic location. Good property that could be great with a few additions such as a couple of simple beach supplies, i.e. a couple of chairs, beach towels and a basic umbrella, along with some updated non stick pans, and liquid hand soap in the bathrooms. Full disclosure these items are not listed as included in the rental, but for the nightly rate we felt as though it wouldn’t be much of a stretch to include them.”

“The condo really met our needs. There are a couple of recommendations: the sliding door to the balcony needs attention; there need to be more microwavable cereal bowls; there is too much big furniture in the living room. Enjoyed our time there!”

“The condo was beautiful and well decorated. Also, clean with clean linens. The kitchen could use a little revamping and refresh on its utensils. As we like to cook in and not go out into traffic for all meals, the kitchen lacked in being well stocked for our needs. (Personal preference not to have Teflon) Also, this was supposed to be. Non smoking campus, however we had to tolerate smoking out on the balcony everyday (coming from neighboring units). Other than the pools and the fishing pier there is nothing else to do near this condo. The condo itself is pretty and well decorated and clean. The pool area NEEDS maintenance and cleaning. Some fresh paint and cleaning away the block fungus growing would do it wonders! For me over all it’s a 3 out of 5 stars.”

“Condo was worth every cent, tropical setting in every way, on the 19 floor we were able to see dolphins play and believe it or not we experienced watching sharks a good piece off beach, just before the drop off. Which is something we never got to see on lower levels. The condo itself was a dream.”

“This house is gorgeous and so clean!! We had a long list of things we loved about it, but unfortunately the fire alarm going off for hours at a time and having to wait two hours to get anyone out to the house spoiled our first evening and morning at the house. The elevator and house speakers were also not working when we got there and we had to get someone to come work on both. It was a frustrating g experience having paid for something and then having some of those advertised things not work. The house was clean and everything was spotless so that was a huge plus. The basement is not quite as luxurious as it was advertised.”

“It is a very nice unit with a great view. I have service dogs so make sure you let them know. It’s in my AirBnb that I have service dogs but owner said it doesn’t show on their end. I received a message saying that someone seen my dogs and that if I wanted them to charge my credit card $500 additional dollars. It would have been nice if the owners asked if I had service dogs first. It was resolved pretty easy once I told them the fact pattern. Overall it is an excellent unit. It has 3 bedrooms but we only used one. All bedrooms have king beds and we’re very clean.”

“We had the best time!! Location was wonderful! The pool was nice and clean. The view was breathtaking. The condo was wonderfully stocked with everything we needed for the week. My kids loved sitting on balcony to eat breakfast and lunch. We were able to see a lot of dolphins in the morning, which I personally loved. We had a little trouble at check-in. We arrived later in the evening so was not able to get into contact with anyone. Was looking for a place to enter code on door. There is a “screen door” you have to open to get to main door. I turned knob but it didn’t turn so I thought it was locked. ( Just pulls open). Luckily a neighbor helped us out. They also changed the code on the gate to get in but didn’t tell us until the following day. Luckily there was someone working there that was able to give us the code. Aside from the couple of times we couldn’t get in we had a wonderful time! We would 100% stay here again, it was great! You can’t beat that view!!”
