Manager Review

Beach Realty & Construction

Beach Realty & Construction's guest rating of 4.34 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

A wonderful location with great beach access. House is in decent shape and was very clean inside. Outside area was not as well maintained. Cushions on outdoor furniture were very moldy and not appealing to use. Kitchen was as well supplied but cooking pans were not in good shape.

This home was great and had everything we needed for our long weekend trip. The pool and the hot tub were nice, and lower game room was very fun for everyone. Location on the beach couldn't have been better! We will 100% stay here again in the future. Thank you for a great home and good experience during our stay!

This house has it all! Perfect location and by far the most kid friendly and dog friendly house we’ve ever stayed in. There was so much at the house to help entertain our two toddlers. Also, this kitchen in STOCKED! So many cooking utensils, pots/pans, appliances, etc. Wonderful house!

The house itself is very beautiful, and the property has a lot of potential, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing considering how much we paid for the stay. Cleanliness was a major issue. We found insect remains in the beds, and the overall cleanliness did not meet expectations for a property at this price point. We also informed the hosts that the water had a very bad smell to the point where we did not feel comfortable showering or even brushing our teeth with it. Their response was simply that they would “Good morning Carlos, I am so sorry about these issues! I will notify the correct parties to get these things rectified.,” but no one came to inspect or address the issue during our stay. Because of the weather, we were unable to use the pool, so we were really hoping to enjoy the hot tub instead, but unfortunately it was very dirty, so we could not use that either. Overall, house is beautiful, We expected a much better experience for the amount of money we spent.

We stayed here in March 2025 and loved it, especially the tiki bar and heated pool. This year was truly a disappointment. There is no pool heat, even though it is advertised with free pool heat for our stay. The heater is broken and we were not made aware. The hot tub was gross and low on water, there was garbage left behind in multiple bathrooms and the tiki bar fridge was beyond disgusting. It had gross liquids in the bottom and smelled like rotten fish or bait and stink up the entire tiki bar when you opened it. Response times are slow…might be a day or 2 before you get someone. When no one replies to your messages and you have to call them at Beach Realty and they tell you snarky that “you have to understand we’re a larger company and we try to do our best”…not really acceptable attitudes to have when people are spending thousands of their hard earned dollars to enjoy the amenities they’ve booked to have arrived to a dirty location with no pool heat as advertised. Beautiful views

Overall we had a good time. One of the main refrigerators wasn’t working and when we notified them they said they couldn’t come out to look at it till Monday, we got there Thursday ☹️ We loved the size of the dining room and kitchen and plenty of bedrooms for our group!

We had 20 people stay in this home leading up to a wedding and were pleased to find a place that could accommodate such a large group. The house was clean, large, and had a fairly equipped kitchen which was a nice surprise. However, we had several problems such as the TV not working in the main room, 2 non-working fridges, 2 unusable hot tubs, 2 broken arcade games, a tilted bed, broken closet doors, etc. None of these were told to us ahead of time. Additionally, we were expected to send details of problems with pictures in order to avoid fines which took significant time. They did offer to send someone out, but with such short time, it was not worth it. *MOST IMPORTANTLY* As described, this does require 4wd to access. Several all wheel drive vehicles had significant trouble & alternate routes had to be taken due to steep, loose sand. So, if considering, ensure you have properly equipped vehicles and potentially tow rope. Towing cars cost around $500... ask how we know.
