“Fue una buena estadía, volvería. Pero, me resultó dificultoso al momento de contratar, identificar la unidad, no era claro si era planta baja, primer piso, etc. . Es necesario, renovar el colchón pues está con “ ondulaciones “ y que no sea tan alto , ya que es difícil acceder a la cama. . La climatización del agua de la piscina, disminuyó, deberían volver a la temperatura inicial que tuvimos los primeros días de nuestro arribo. Reitero que fue una buena estadía y volveremos”

“Ventilation problems ... strong smell”

“Overall, this was a clean, well-decorated place in a great location and one of the best-priced options in the area. My son and I had a good stay, and the bicycles were a nice bonus. My biggest disappointment was the lack of basic supplies. There was no coffee, which is surprising for an overnight rental. As an Airbnb host myself, that’s an inexpensive basic I would never skip. What made it worse was seeing coffee in the leasing office while checking out a bicycle. Before I could even reach for it, I was quickly told it was for residents, not Airbnb guests. There was also only one roll of toilet paper with no backup. Ironically, there were plenty of dishwasher pods to make sure the dishes were washed before checkout, but no coffee or extra toilet paper for the guests. This easily could have been a five-star stay. It’s a nice property and a great value. A few dollars spent on basic guest amenities would make a big difference.”

“Have a backup plan in case your flight is late and you arrive after midnight - they will not let you in! Other than that, I am highly satisfied , everything else was great!”

“El apartamento estaba aceptable, pero podrian mejorar algunas cosas. Habia poca iluminacion, los baños no tenian ventilacion. No encontramos utensillos de limpieza (para los pisos, trapos) ni agarraderas para el horno, tijera. No habia mantas de abrigo Pero la zona es lindisima, la vista tambien, las camas comodisimas. El resto todo bien”

“The place was clean but"no" extras. There were no extra blankets, pillows. There was no instructions on how to operate TV or a list or book of things to do in Sunny Isle. It was very basic. It was walkable to the beach and there were local shops to eat at. If you don't have a car, no other shopping. Uber recommend.”

“Nice location and quiet neighbourhood. The place is a little outdated and needs maintenance. The host does not always respond.”

“Place is decent. First Airbnb were I have to take out all the garbage and clean all the dishes…isn’t that what a cleaning fee is for? Mid.”

“The AirBnb ought to have the simple things, like a table on the balcony, salt, pepper, tv in BR that works, soap in shower. But the place is okay and close to the beach.”

“Place smelled like smoke and mold. Floor was sticky and dirty and overall the duration of our stay was very unpleasant due to these two things. The host should be more clear about the fact that the washing machine and dryer are not located in the apartment and are at extra cost.”
