“The house has stunning views, steps to the beach with easy access. Bathrooms for each family and well equipped and furnished. Enjoyed the mother's day week with family. It was very special and lots of memories were made. We will definitely rent this house again for future stays. The management kept in contact and very communicative about if we needed anything through out stay.”

“My family and I had an amazing stay! The view from the deck is unbeatable and having direct beach access made it even more special. The house felt cozy and welcoming, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook (something that’s often missing in rentals). We especially appreciated the kid-friendly touches like utensils, dishes and games, which made things so much easier. Our dog may have enjoyed the trip the most. It's hard to top a dog friendly beach right outside your door! The beds were spacious and very comfortable, and the host was proactive, responsive, and made check-in and check-out completely seamless. It’s rare that we want to return to the same place but we will absolutely be booking this home again!”

“My family and I stayed here for 3 days and had a great time. Wished we could have stayed longer! We’ll definitely look to stay here again in the future. Very nice accommodations and plenty of wonderful views of Cayucos and Morrow Bay. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to downtown Cayucos. The house was clean when we arrived and the instructions were clear. The Beach-N-Stay hosts were friendly, informative, and responsive when we had questions. Thank you for the great stay!”

“This place was great and we loved our stay here! Beautiful location and views, so close to shops and restaurants. We could pretty much walk to everything we wanted to do which was amazing. The house looked exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean. Check in and out was extremely easy. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Nice location on Morro Bay. Lots of coastal birds to watch. Definitely take advantage of the kayaks available at this property. Seeing sea otters, sea lions and all the birds up close made for a magical morning on the water. The house was nice and clean when we arrived with easy instructions for entry. The kitchen is well equipped and does have some spices/cooking oils. Some packets of sugar and maybe even a small amount of coffee or a keurig would have been great. There are several coffee shops in town but just having the option of a quick cup in the morning is really nice. We were a little disappointed that the fire pit on the deck was not functional but the fireplaces inside were nice. The house is a bit outside of town but for us was walkable. There are to-die-for cinnamon rolls at Frankie and Lola’s on the waterfront. Totally worth it. The hosts were responsive and pleasant. All in all we had a relaxing, peaceful stay at this property in Morro Bay.”
