“We are a family of 9 w/kids, who enjoyed this home. We did find the resort pool aged, w/no waterfalls, maybe they are turned off till summer. Not heated but still enjoyable after long day at beach !The interior is neutral & first level is spacious with large kitchen, large rerigeratior & cookware. Dining table easily fit our family. There is a back door to access the grill & seating area, however bikes are located & makes area fell very tight. Second floor is a bit smaller as the 3 BRs are there. Master is lovely & spacious w/walk-in closet, bright & airy w/windows & door to master deck. There are no chairs to sit outside on master deck but we brought camping chairs. Master bathroom is large with two sinks & tall vanities, walk-in shower, toilet is a bit low seated. Bunk BR fit our kids but not a lot of floor space & 2nd King BR is same. All BRs have smart TVs as does LR. Must do is Pontoon boat to Shell Island. Skip Crab Island. 1.5 mi to beach w/0.7 frm house to main road.”

“The home was in good condition but there are a few things that need to be fixed. Crack in the living room floor as well as the ceiling. The only other thing was the upstairs thermostat was programmed to go to 74 during the night. I had to get up each night and turn it down because it would get hot in the bedrooms .”
