“Very pleased with our stay. The location was nice as it wasn’t as crowded of an area as say Destin was, great restaurants with Mimmos, and Los Rancheros bring our favorites! The pool could have been much cooler as it was to warm for our liking but that’s not a reflection on our homes stay, just a personal preference. Wonderful stay and looking forward to returning”

“This was a beautiful house and a great beach getaway for me, my wife, and our young kids. It was convenient to walk down to the beach whenever we wanted and not have to haul a bunch of gear because we were so close and could walk back and quickly shower off in the outdoor shower. The ocean-facing balconies were perfect for a morning coffee. The kids loved playing in the pool and the open floorplan with the kitchen and living room kept us all together to watch movies and play games. Highly recommend.”

“It was a great place to stay! We all were upset the pool wasn’t like it was in the pictures! We had maintenance people in and out when they could have fixed the door when we left! Found laundry in the washer! In all it was a good trip we have never been to Santa Rosa so it was nice”

“The home was in a great location. Very short walk or in our case golf cart ride to the beach. Very close to community pool which was nice and offered shade. The house itself was nice but the bathrooms and showers are quite small and there is limited closet and storage space. We spent 7 days here and spent 5 of those days without air on the bottom floor so we were hanging out and sleeping in an 80 degree home almost every night that we were there. Someone eventually came and fixed the leak but that wasn’t until our very last night there. The host was responsive to us during our stay but we were told that we would get a 50% discount for each night we stayed in the home without air and the discount received didn’t reflect that and I haven’t been able to get in touch or communicate with the property manager since our stay as they do not answer. Overall, the home is in a great location and without the air issues and minor setbacks, we had a wonderful vacation.”

“We have been traveling to the gulf for 14 years with our children and parents. We have slowly worked our way from the Destin area across 30A through the years trying to avoid the large crowded commercial vibe. The last four years we have stayed in a condo at the other end of Santa Rosa. It has slowly gotten more crowded, leading us to giving this condo a try for the first time this year. It was everything we had hoped for. We arrived July 4th and stayed a week. Had four teenage boys and also our 75 year old parents. It was the shortest and easiest walk from condo to beach that we’ve found. We appreciate that someone enforced the “private beach” signs. Also having two beach sets of chairs included was a good amenity. In the past we’ve had to pay in addition to the condo rentals. Everything was clean and just as described. We hope this rental will be here for many years to come as we feel we’ve found our new annual spot. Thank you for opening your home.”

“The place was as expected upon our arrival. Large enough to host our full family group of 11, decently amenities - private pool areas are always nice, and still offer “proximity to the beach”. I quote that because this listing describes the beach as only 150yds to the beach, which unfortunately is untrue. A quick Google Maps verification of this distance is all it takes to know that it is over 1000ft from driveway to the beach entry; also verified this ourselves when completing our frost walk to the beach (5minutes at a normal pace pulling beach wagon/carts. While not a dealbreaker for most, for the eldest of the family visiting an almost 83yr old, the walk distance of almost a 1/4 mile to the beach was definitely too far. Other than this one obvious false advertisement about this location, the stay was exactly what we look for in a beach vacation house. We would likely stay again if the price was more reflective of the true distance to the beach.”

“The home was in good condition but there are a few things that need to be fixed. Crack in the living room floor as well as the ceiling. The only other thing was the upstairs thermostat was programmed to go to 74 during the night. I had to get up each night and turn it down because it would get hot in the bedrooms .”
