“The home was in good condition but there are a few things that need to be fixed. Crack in the living room floor as well as the ceiling. The only other thing was the upstairs thermostat was programmed to go to 74 during the night. I had to get up each night and turn it down because it would get hot in the bedrooms .”

“Our stay was simply great. There never was a time that anyone in our party said “I wish they provided this or that”. The house was exceptionally well appointed and very comfortable. The two master suites served us very well, with the grandparents (us) having the master on the main floor and our daughter’s family staying upstairs. The kitchen and family room allowed us to enjoy each other’s company with ample seating options. The heated pool provided for many hours of play and laughs. The six seater LSV (golf cart) was a great addition to the house and was used almost every day. It was like new and performed flawlessly. Overall, it was easily our best rental experience with Airbnb ever. The host was available whenever there was a need and they provided great information, along with providing heat for the pool at the last minute. We would most certainly stay in this house again when visiting 30A.”

“What an amazing condo!! Took my daughter and her friend to celebrate her 21st birthday in FL. Location was perfect! The beach was beautiful, and having chairs and everything already down there was amazing. Such a relaxing stay! Location was great. It was easy to get to most places. Beach bar was also a great spot in the evening. Resort behind it also had live music at their bar at night, which was an easy walk over to. Host was VERY responsive! Had an issue with the door code the last day, and was able to call and get it resolved immediately. Condo itself has anything you could need, is spacious, and BEAUTIFUL!! I have already recommended it to my friends for our next girls trip!”

“The property sits on the golf course with a small inlet. Turtles and cranes are feet from the back patio. There are stairs, quite a few but for youngish travelers, it is great. The washing machine is upstairs which had a couple of pods but we ended up getting more detergent. We bought shampoo, conditioner and soap for each bathroom. There are mini's. We bought trash bags and paper towels and beach towels to round out the amenities. The golf cart had problems but were fixed the same day. The golf cart is not guarenteed but it is a life saver to get around the property. It sits down the road from great restaurants. We went to the OceanBeach restaurant to park and go to beach. The chairs and umbrella were provided which is a life saver in the sun. You will be charmed and delighted. Make sure to read all of the rules to avoid extra charges. IE if the golf cart is not charged it will cost $300 to tow back. The code for the property is listed in a separate email from the contract you sign”

“Our family had a wonderful stay here. Beautiful spacious bedrooms with a cozy living room. The beach & restaurants were a short walk away. Super convenient We felt right at home here.”

“Great place! It’s about a 10min walk to Ramsgate Beach entrance. The eastern lake entrance was washed out. We paid to heat the pool but it wasn’t warm for a 40deg day, so wouldn’t do that again. In all, a great place.”

“Perfect condo for 3 couples. We stayed for Moon Crush weekend & the location is ideal for the event. The skybridge walk to the beach was super convenient as well. Please note beach amenities are only available through October. The weather was perfect in mid November and it would have been nice to have Beach set ups available. Having the in - unit laundry was a very nice feature while on a beach vacation. I do suggest bringing personal toiletries for the shower. They only provide tiny sample size items which were empty after one use.”
