The riverfront is especially impressive, with an incredible selection of kayaks, paddleboards, and other water equipment available for guests. There's no shortage of ways to enjoy the water. The house itself is exceptionally well stocked. There is an abundance of everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. You truly don't have to bring anything with you—it's all there. Inside, the home is just as impressive. Every room is thoughtfully equipped with everything you can imagine and more. Allen and his team have clearly gone above and beyond to ensure their guests have an exceptional stay”

“We had a great family reunion at Xanadu! There were 26 of us all together, and although it was a little tight for that many, we still had an amazing time and made it work. You have to be comfortable with your family if you want to fit that many people inside (which is what Allen had mentioned to me prior to booking). We had the best stay. The kids had an amazing time with all the amenities, the adults as well! Have access to both beach and intracoastal was a huge bonus. We didn’t leave the property the whole time. So much to do and keep everyone busy. And the best part, you don’t have to do anything before checkout! You simply pack up and leave. Very helpful. We would definitely come back!”
