The house had everything we needed, fully stocked kitchen, beach necessities and our favorite was the private pool. Host was super helpful with all the information needed to make our stay comfortable. I would love to come again!”

“We greatly enjoyed our stay here. Upon arrival the house was not well cleaned. The floors were dirty and within 30 mins of our littles running around their feet were black. However, the owner was extremely apologetic and sent the cleaners back to resolve the issue near immediately. Other than this issue the home was beautiful and a great space. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances that most places don’t have and was great because we cooked pretty elaborate meals most of the week. There were lots of beach toys, chairs, a wagon, everything you’d need and might not have the space to pack. We loved our week here!”

“This house was perfect for our group of 13 adults and three young kids. We loved spending time at the pool and then going to the beach for the rest of the day. The house is in a great location near shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Our host was very responsive and gave great recommendations. We would recommend it to anyone.”

“Excellent accommodations for a large group. You have to put up with the host (Beach House Boutique). I’ve never had to sign pages of a contract before or pay $50 an hour if I arrived early, especially when the check-in was 4 instead of the usual 3. Be prepared for several texts. I guess the thing that got me the worst was that you were told you were getting one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels. The place was fantastic and everyone had a great time! I enjoyed the elevator after I learned to listen for the click before trying to get out and making sure the doors were closed after departing.”

“We had a nice stay here for a weekend wedding. The space was great for our group and we never felt cramped. The only issue we encountered was a flood of messages from the host, starting right after booking and even continuing after the trip ended. This made it very difficult to locate important information such as door codes, WiFi, etc. If you book this place, be prepared for literally dozens of messages, most of which are unnecessary.”

“The house pictures make it look bigger than it is. The house needs maintenance. Beach carts old old, outdoor furniture needed cleaned we cleaned it to enjoy it. Floors were dirty, turned your feet black, oven did not work properly, patio outside of kitchen table and little stools falling apart could not use, couch akward and uncomfortable, I believe there must be plumbing issues due to the upstairs bathroom flooring an it believe the plumbing leaked while we were there. Upstairs bedroom if your looking to the window towards road queen / double bed on the right sinks down horrible could not sleep, the amount of laundry detergent and dish soap they leave is :( bring your own. Sitting at the table in kitchen the board that is on blinds popped off no one touched it. We had to put back on. House is not well maintained and or needs some updates with what I have described. Cost is very high for the for what you are getting. Book elsewhere. Ice maker fridge water did not work.”
