“great space for a few people, bring at home kitchen supplies like seasonings, cutting board, scissors, etc.. overall a great location and space for the price !!”

“The place was great, very clean, and had a wonderful view! The beach access was also very nice and convenient. Everything was as described, and overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing I would note is that the shower water pressure could be improved. Also, the building is located on a busy street, and this specific condo faces the street, so it can be noisy at night and easy to hear traffic and other commotion while trying to sleep. There can also be a lot of traffic getting in and out of the street at times. Those were really the only downsides, though. Otherwise, it was a great stay, and I would stay here again!”

“Room was not ready when they said it would be supposed to to check in at 4 and ended up being 530 and elevators were down for a day and a half which made everything a longer wait to get to where you wanted to go”

“Kami’s place was the perfect space for our memorial weekend trip to pcb. The problems we experienced were because of the Origin condo itself. If you are staying here during peak season or a holiday weekend, do not move your car after 7 or you will have an extremely hard time finding another parking spot. Majority of our trip was spent trying to find a place to park with the garage and 2 overflow lots every night. One night we even resorted to Ubering just to avoid the chance of not finding a spot to park our car. The condo itself is not helpful with the issues either. Otherwise we had a great time.”

“loved our stay! Had a few issues but would definitely stay again. when we arrived the front had know one there. had to ask security and a gest how to get to our room . Great place to stay and beautiful scenery of the gulf. Had a really good place to eat across the street called Sharkey. over all a great place to stay.”

“We will never stay at a rental that is associated with Origin At Seahaven again after this trip to Florida. Our daughter that is only 6 and is one Spectrum and has severe ADHD was at the pool and we had to keep redirecting her to make sure she wasn’t getting in the hot tub since there a sign that says they have to be 12 years old or older. An older security lady came out with white hair, screaming, and yelling about her jumping in the hot tub we tried to explain about her problems and she wouldn’t hear it we asked to speak to the manager, she would not speak to us and just walked away after we asked for her name. We have never dealt with such rude behavior in our lives. It’s a shame we spent a lot of money on this condo. She said that we were kicked out of the pool and couldn’t come back and we were getting fined 100 because of a 6 year old on the Spectrum jumping in a hot tub couple times. Definitely will never be back because of her.”
