“House was perfect for what we needed. Beds were comfortable and the house was cozy. There were a couple negative things. There was no hand soap anywhere in the house. The water level in the pool was very low. Other than those minor things the house was a perfect for our beach getaway.”

“Nice unit at the Portofino. The views were great and the tower location is the best there. Our biggest complaints were the dirty floors and the lack of basic amenities like Kleenex and just 1 detergent stick. We had to buy a few things that we had expected to be included.”

“All in all a good stay with a great view and convenient location for the things we wanted to do. A few disappointments though: (1) We arrived 1-2 hours after check-in time and the door code didn’t work. Called the help line and got it sorted out after about 10-15 minutes. (2) Had problems getting TV to work streaming Netflix 2 of the 4 nights we were there. (3) Some drinking glasses and coffee cups had dishwashing soap powder residue on them and one coffee cup had huge lipstick stains. And (4) Beach chair rentals in front of condo were older chairs that don’t fully recline, and people who brought their own chairs/umbrellas were allowed to set up between the rental chairs and the shoreline, blocking the view of those of us who paid a premium price for the rentals.”

“The unit was nice. Well decorated. Not beachside. No parking at the beach so forced to take shuttle. It was frustrating for 6-8 people to not have soap at the sinks, literally one kitchen towel, half roll of paper towels, one trash bag, and the starter sets of bath soap were very small. It would be better to pay a higher price and have needed supplies. Plan to buy everything. And, the internet went out every single day at the same time for most of the evening (7:45pm) And many times in the morning as well. We reached out but nothing was corrected.”

“We were disappointed in our stay here. Upon check in we discovered an outside garbage can full of rotting food and had to drag it to the road, where it sat our entire stay. This invited hundreds of flies to swarm every time we tried to enjoy food or drink outside. We reported the issues immediately when we arrived and management did not take care of the issues or communicate plans to. They did send a representative out to see it in person but none of the issues were resolved during our stay. We were most excited to spend time in the pool which appeared to be a premium amenity from the photos. However the pool was filthy (loads of dirt and debris in pool, pump filter rattling and full of garbage) and the lining was falling apart. The host did not communicate that every day of our stay someone would be coming to the property. We had to go inside with our dogs and allow lawn care and pest control into the area. It felt more like we were house sitting than paying for a beach getaway”

“Pros: Very clean and easily walkable to the beach. Cons: Price too high for what you get. Downstairs bathroom shower is super tiny. Way too many long texts and emails to sift through to find info you need. Hot tub wasn’t working. Mentioned our daughter possibly bringing her small dog to visit. Repeatedly got texts and emails for a “pet fee” even after I told them never mind. Pet fee is BS for what you’re already paying for this place!”

“The house is very convinent and close to the beach. They have tons of beach chairs and accessories for your stay. The only thing is that the service is poor - the dryer broke mid way through the stay and we weren't able to dry our clothes all the way through. Even after having to leave them out in the sun and heat. We've called them and they sent someone over to try and fix it and they weren't able to- but we were given some more clean towels. The house could be a little more clean but we still enjoyed our stay.”

“This place was an absolute scam. We paid over $5k for 4 nights and the place was infested with roaches, making the downstairs unusable. The amenities were completely broken, unusable, or stained to where you didn’t want to touch them. There was mold in the vents above the beds in the bedrooms, the bathrooms and on the baseboards in the house. They provided 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 laundry pod, 1 dishwasher pod, no coffee pods, no coffee maker, and 2 towels per bathroom when the booking was for 7 people. They had cameras watching the common areas with an owner who actively watched them, we know this because they told us once we were there… They said they would bring pest control to the house but instead gave us a can of roach spray and told us to do It ourselves! Half the property was unusable due to cleanliness and the property was not as advertised in the slightest. I have never complained about a stay, but this was unacceptable especially for the price.”

“the property was beautiful. Home very clean spacious and really comfortable. The pools and beaches are absolutely stunning. I wanted to give 5 stars across the board but unfortunately maintenance had to come ti fix the freezer and refrigerator , plus they have a room service fee if you need extra wash clothes and towels. They came to our condo to fixed freezer, refrigerator and dropped off the towels we asked for but stole my Brighton Watch worth 175 .00. The following morning I realized my pain medication had been stolen as well. Thank God I only brought a couple pain pills. My advice if you need assistance for anything do not leave until they come and leave. Or take all valuables items with you. I did report this issue to Beach Getaways by text and emailed Rez. Im very upset and disappointed. otherwise it would've been a perfect trip.”

“To say that I am disappointed after my check out is an understatement. I just received my updated bill and after paying AirBNB for my stay of what I thought was upfront fees, I was billed daily HOA amenity fees on my stay, plus a check in fee of $75 PLUS tax on top of this, all fees I was not told of in advance. What an outrage and disappointment”
