“Unfortunately, one of the showers was broken when we arrived on a Thursday. I called immediately the following morning to report. 2 days later a repair man comes and says he’s there to fix the toilet. I told him the toilets were fine and the shower water handle was broken and you can’t turn on the water. He said the part would have to be ordered. He left and we never heard anything again for the rest of our stay, so we just had one shower to work with for the family. All interior doors inside the condo were warped about 4 inches up as if the condo was flooded at some point. Also, don’t try to rent a golf cart and drive it on their property or pick up a friend from the property in a golf cart they will not allow you to get passed the front gate. The property itself is fine, it’s a little more dated than I expected once you’re inside the hallways and elevators. I wouldn’t stay there again because of the above, but we still had a good vacation.”

“Overall a great place to stay. However, when we arrived, none of the patio doors on the second and third floors were locked (some were open). Since the second floor patio connects to the main entrance, we had to spend the first hour checking the house to make sure no one was inside. If you plan on staying longer than 3-4 days, please bring extra paper towels and trash bags with you.”

“My single most unpleasant stay. This is about the management company. After I shared my email, communication moved outside Airbnb. We received 20+ messages in 3 days via phone, email & Airbnb. Excessive. Respectful guests should not worry but the contract wording felt more like a lease contract. The pet fee $ was not disclosed in the description but it was promptly updated after I raised it. A day before leaving, my mom wanted to stay home with our 2 dogs (we cancelled our Italy trip in May due to her health) so I informed the company that only 2 adults were coming. We kept receiving pet fee reminders until the 2nd day of our stay. The worst part: Staff knocked loudly before 11 AM to replace the air filter while we were sleeping. The contract allows them to enter BUT this should have been done in advance or after checkout. He walked around looking for the air filter location, saw me still sleeping, and left. I messaged them to return and finish, but received no response/explanation.”

“This place is beautiful but only in the pictures, it has a beautiful view of the beach but needs a lot of maintenance, floors where very very dirty the carpet on living room was nasty , the sofas were full of stains , definitely not recommended,”

“The unit was very well decorated, lots of thought put into it. Although the place was not the cleanest upon arrival, food under kitchen table, all mirrors in bedrooms were so dirty you could barely see your reflection, interior bathroom doors had months worth of dust/hair, coffee table in living room had drink spill stains running down the side. The unit in front of the pool had a blink motion activated camera facing directly towards the steps of the pool, which made my whole party, and others at the pool uncomfortable knowing every time we moved someone was watching us and our children. (My child loves the pool more than the beach so as nice as this place was and accommodating I would not book again due to not knowing who is on the other side of the camera watching / why they’re watching the pool area)”

“I was emailed and texted by the company several times prior to my stay for questions about being a boat etc. on the day of check in I received an email where the door code was supposed to be located. However, It was not in the email. I called, texted, and emailed and wasn’t able to get the code for 2 hours AFTER my check in time. I had children that needed to use the restroom after our 5 hour drive and had to go elsewhere because we couldn’t access the house! All of my information was correct and accurate on Airbnb so I don’t understand why the information wasn’t provided timely when the initial email was sent at 3:50ish but the code wasn’t there.”

“This place was perfect! The one thing I will complain about is that we didn’t get our code to unlock the door till 46 minutes after our arrival which was annoying because I had to call twice to ask them to send it and the lock was not working properly, but when booking it said we will have it an hour before arrival. Other than that the place was clean, gorgeous views and the beds were comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking with Beach Getaways again. I highly recommend this place!”

“Beautiful condo and easy acces to beach.”

“The views are outstanding. We saw dolphins from the balcony! The layout of the condo was wonderful. It has a nice large kitchen and seating area. Be sure to bring your own cooking spices & oils as none are provided. There's a traditional coffee pot, no Keurig. We were given one dishwasher tab for 5 nights and there were no extra trash bags and no basic cleaning products. I finally went next door to the convenience store and bought a tiny jug of laundry detergent for $11. If those little things had been provided, I would've rated it 5 stars.”
