“We enjoyed our stay! It was comfortable and clean plus an excellent location right on the beach with pool access.”

“This rental is in a great location! We loved that it was right next to a variety of restaurants and right across from the beach! The condo itself was stylish and clean. There were some minor issues like the sliding glass door was very difficult to open (in all fairness the rental company said they would come out, but we didn’t feel like messing with it), no k-cups or tissues provided, and very limited toilet paper. Those were minor inconveniences (more of an fyi), because we had to go to the grocery store for these products. We did not use the pool or hot tub. Overall, I would definitely recommend this condo for a family of 4.”

“Our stay was great! The condo was exactly what we expect - no surprises. The beds were comfortable and the extra blankets were nice for cozying on the couch. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and stocked. The location was fantastic. Walkable to the beach and restaurants and if you have a car driving down 30A to neighboring towns for dinner or shopping was a breeze. The beach chairs were a great amenity but pack your own beach towels as I don’t think any are available in the condo for use (at least none that we saw). I did read reviews that the bar next door has loud music at night which is true however it ended promptly at 9pm and it wasn’t loud enough to be disruptive. There was a bit of outside noise in general but that was expended given the restaurants, busy street and people walking around. It wasn’t enough to interfere with sleep though. I would stay here again!”

“Very nice condo and location! We love coming to Beach Retreat! We’ve stayed in other units and this was our first time in room 305. It was very clean and the hosts were easy to get ahold of. They were very kind! Always sad to leave!”

“The location and access is perfect. Can see the water from the balcony and the area is very walkable. It’s steps to the beach, coffee shops, and restaurants. Its balcony faces directly to 30a with the beach access right across the street. The unit was comfortable and clean. It was a great stay.”

“Our stay was perfect. Only a few minute walk to the beach. We tried to pick a place away from the busy life of downtown Destin and this was great. It’s quiet, clean and close to shipping, eating and beach. There were a few questions that were answered by the host in 10-15 minutes! Overall, highly recommend!”
