“We just returned from a stay at the Veranda on Jacaranda last week. We had a great time and the house worked very well for us. My wife and I, our two adult daughters, and my parents went. The separate but attached cottage was perfect for my parents to be a part of the house/vacation but also be able to escape with privacy to rest. We rented the house because of the location. We love the quiet, north end of the island and the house was a short walk to the beach access for Bean Point. Unfortunately, AMI has now passed an ordinance that does not allow vendors to set-up cabanas/chairs for you at the beach at Bean Point. So we were left to our own devices. No guarantees, but when we were there the house had 5 beach chairs, a few beach wagons, and a small tent cabana that we set-up ourselves (easy) to provide shade at the beach. The communications / interaction with the property manager at Beach Boutique Rentals were also very good, an A+. Overall, a great experience.”

“We have nothing but great things to say about this rental and the company! The unit was adorable, very clean and the location was so close to beach access. We loved the private pool and all of the beach accessories that were available to use as well. The iron was missing from the unit and they sent someone quickly to deliver one. The hosts were very responsive and great to work with. We will definitely be back!”

“Our stay was amazing. House was super clean. All the amenities were there. Our kids loved the pool probably more than the beach. I love to grill so was very happy with having two full tanks of propane available. Plenty of toys for the kiddos, coolers, and carts available for when walking to beach. Bean point beach is not a far walk at all. Definitely would recommend renting a golf cart. They even let us hold our luggage at their office since we flew in way earlier than check in. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend to anyone who hasn’t traveled to Anna Maria!”

“We could not have asked for a better stay. The hosts proactively sent our door code ahead of check-in, so arriving was seamless. The home was pristine, probably the cleanest Airbnb we have stayed in, and it matched the photos exactly. The location is ideal: a short walk or bike ride to shops and restaurants, and nicely positioned between the beach and bay. We loved the routine of driving to the Pine Street beach access around 10 am to unload our beach gear, then walking down later. There was always plenty of room on the sand. The property is surrounded by plants and palms that gave us privacy and shade, and the pool was amazing. The guidebook was so thorough we never needed to reach out. The only minor downside was the AC, which per house rules ran a little warm for us, but that was easy to work around. The home was beautiful, cozy, and roomy for the four of us. There are very few Airbnbs we would return to, but this is absolutely one we would book again.”
