“A beautiful home with everything you would need. Location was amazing. Was a great place for our growing family. Our grandkids are 11 months and 15 months so having the pool and backyard and shade was perfect. The amount of seating in the family room was great. We enjoyed our stay so much. Communication through out was quick and friendly.”

“This location is amazing. The pool right on the bay made this the best vacation spot I’ve ever been to. We saw dolphins every single day we were there just swimming out in the bay behind the house- also saw a manatee! Communication with the host was great. Will definitely be back!”

“The place was very clean, beds were comfortable,lots of pillows and towels, everything was new. The pool was nice! Beach boutique was very responsive and helpful with all our concerns. The only thing I would change if it were my place is I would have kitchen and cleaning supplies more stocked. But in their defence they state that you only receive a starter supply. Having to buy things like toilet paper and dish soap/ paper towels laundry soap salt and pepper are things I don’t want to deal with but not a huge deal. I would definitely go back and stay at the same place and rent another place from beach boutique property managers. They truly are ontop of things. Instant responses are so important when dealing with Airbnb and that is what we got.”

“My wife and I rented there for our much expected honeymoon and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Everything was just perfect and well thought out to the smallest detail. The beach was 1 minute away walking distance, the house was super clean and very comfortable and spacious. The views were amazing and the best thing is that you don’t really need to buy anything as they provided everything for us. The price is the best you will find. I highly recommend them for an unforgettable experience like ours. Hope to see you guys again in the near future and thanks a lot for everything, including Lauren for her support and quick replies on all our questions and concerns. “We absolutely loved our stay! The Airbnb was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing few days away. The space was exactly as described, and you could really tell that the host put thought and care into making guests feel welcome. The location was great, the accommodations were wonderful, and the entire stay was smooth and stress-free. Communication with the host was excellent, and we truly felt at home during our visit. Having your own pool is definitely worth it and it’s only a short 5min walk to the beach. Everything we needed for the beach was in the shed too. The home is beautifully designed, with modern, clean finishes while still capturing that perfect beach-home feel. The beautiful backyard and pool were also a fantastic addition. “Our stay at the home from Beach Boutique rentals was an absolute 5 star experience! From the moment we stepped foot in the door, we felt at home. It is the best experience we have ever had. Every picture delivered and would even say exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were of the highest quality. The bathrooms were impeccable, the linens were fresh, the kitchen was amazing and equipped with everything you would need to make any family feast spectacular. We had plenty of coffee cups, glasses, dishes, and even serving platters! The pool area was a beautiful welcome when we returned from the beach or for our chosen pool day! Our family each had a room with en suite bathrooms, essential for a large group to enjoy being together and still have privacy. This was our first time staying in AMI and we will be returning!
