“The house was in a great location. Needs more maintenance outside on backyard. Lots of spider webs all around, both inside and out.”

“This place felt like home. Plus side we were able to bring our fur baby along this trip. The kids like the activities to do across the way. Corn hole and some ping pong. The down side the kitchen didn't have much cooking utensils to work with but the hubby made do. Also, next time I have to make sure I read on having two full on showers. But, our family made it work and the kids had a great time at the lake with cousins to make memories. Definitely will rent again when I find another property. ♡”

“Perfect location, lots of wildlife and things to do. We rented a golf cart and were able to travel all around the lake to swimming spots, boat rentals, dinner, and coffee. We saw 5 bears during our stay! House was very comfortable for the size. Comfortable beds and great patio space.”

“Loved the house/neighborhood. A little bit confusing that we had to drive to the leasing office about 3 miles away to get the code for the door/gate before going to the house. Also, it is about a 5 minute walk to the lake from the house but further to any sort of usable beach. Overall the house was great, clean and had everything we needed.”

“Nice home located in a nice neighborhood however, the pots and pans are way too old. Very scratched up as are the plates. The owner should replace those! The dryer wasn’t working and we were only told about it when we arrived and not when we were booking. The AC is way too loud. I would replace it with a newer unit. Otherwise a nice home in a nice location.”

“King Lake House wasn’t what we expected. First day fridge didn’t cool anything, house had a bad smell found out that it came from the old couches, balcony is closed because it needs maintenance, bed comforter on main room was ripped, tv doesn’t have cable, fridge in garage was moldy, there’s cayaks and a mini boat but they were unusable since there was no paddles for either, washer was dirty we had to wipe it down before washing, and dryer didn’t work so we air dried everything. We ended up staying for the pool and the private community the house is in, only pros from there.”

“This was a great place with a great location. Just feel like they need to have updated photos for the seasons. The dock really sold me on this property but sadly there was no water near the dock when we were there due to low water levels. The house also smells like mildew. We bought air fresheners for the place and it’s kind of a bummer we had to purchase our own hand soap which we left for the next guest. The dryer also will not stay shut so we had to stand there holding the door shut to fully dry our clothes. Other than this we had a great stay. The beds are super comfortable and it was a cozy place in general.”
