“We had a wonderful stay. The place is absolutely beautiful exactly as described. Beautifully furnished and decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen ware and we cooked multiple meals. The beds are very comfortable. I really loved the mermaid painting in the master bedroom. The sundeck was great Our family loved the convenience of being able to go to the beach and the pool. The laundry room, elevator, and parking also added convenience and a stress free vacation. The host communicated well and made check-in easy. The staff checked in on us and offered any assistance. We loved the place and can’t wait to go back. We highly recommend this place to future guests.”

“This location was tropical beach meets small hometown with lots of history meets State Park! Cottage 1 has it all! A private sitting area right outside your door, a tucked-in courtyard on the other side and within just a few steps you are at the beach! Walk 2 miles down the beach and you are at a beautiful state park location! I was looking for a place loaded with God‘s beauty and less of the commercial shops and this was it! The hosts were very communicative. I have fallen in love and look forward to being back the next time I need a place to get away and spend some time with the Lord!”

“The cottage was very comfortable and decorated nicely. The bathroom, although a little tight, was very well done,(loved the soft bath towels.) The shower is very cute with a stone floor and excellent shower pressure. I had a little trouble cooling the back bedroom off at night. Luckily they had box fans available since they were no ceiling fans, so those helped somewhat. I did bring two dogs with me but felt like there were limited places right outside the cottage to walk them, (the grass shown right outside the front door is now all shell) and it is quite dark around property at night and early am for walking. The outside deck is very comfortable, especially early in the morning or later in the evening, it has a view of the sandunes and sky. During midday, it's too hot for both feet and paws on the deck. The beach access is just on the other side of cottage. Kitchen is very well stocked, if you're planning on cooking. Host is very attentive to questions or needs.”
