“The only issue i had was the washer and dryer set ,it took forever to dry the clothes ,i had clothes in the dryer for over 2 hours and still the clothes was damp ,this set needs an upgrade”

“Wasn’t what my family and I expected, WE HAD SERIOUS WATER LEAKING ISSUES I HAD TO MOP UP WATER SEVERAL TIMES, BACKED UP PLUMBING IN THE BATHROOM, TV DIDNT WORK IN KIDS ROOM”

“In terms of location this bnb was amazing. We were very close to Disney and Epic. Unfortunately we did have a hard time getting in to the bnb because the door code that was provided didn’t work and the owners weren’t answering at first. Also the hot water wasn’t working at night.”

“The only downside was not being able to watch tv in the master room due to maintenance never coming to see what was wrong with the tv like they stated they would, but other than that the stay was wonderful. I would stay again as long as everything works lol!”

“Upon arrival, we were provided with an incorrect access code for gate and incorrect access code for condo's door and were unable to enter the property for approximately 2.5 hours after midnight. We made multiple attempts to contact the host and management before finally receiving the correct code. Host is not responsive on phone calls. Being locked out late at night after travel, with a child, caused significant inconvenience and materially impacted the value of our first night. Host did not provide correct gate code during all our stay and we waited for approximately 30 minutes at from of gate to enter into property complex. While the property itself matched the listing, the check-in experience was very disappointing. Future guests may want to confirm access details prior to arrival.”

“The only reason I gave it 1 star is because I had to pick one!!! We never even made it to check in!! On our way I messaged the owner letting them know we’d be arriving later in the night. He sent email with an invoice with additional $530 to be paid NOT on Airbnb!! Immediately let Airbnb aware. Still have not heard another thing from the owner!!”
