“EXACTLY the place we had in mind! Joe, was most def the host with the most! He double checked all of the boxes✅✅. We enjoyed the scenery and private outdoor setting best! The two HUGE cows came up everyday to graze and drink water(and we like to think visit us as we talked to them! lol) The unit was priced appropriately and had everything we needed to cook, toiletries and beds were comfy and tidy! It was the total package and we will be back! So, if you too are a peace seeker, this is your place for serenity!! Thanks Joe!!”

“Honestly this is probably our 3rd location of Joe's that we have stayed at in the Fredericksburg area. Everyone of his place's has been phenomenal. Always beautiful, peaceful, relaxing. This one especially!! It was extremely clean and well kept! It has everything you need to cook in kitchen or grill in the yard, so after wine tasting all day you dont need to spend more at a restaurant, unless you want too. 😉Fantastic view of the Pedernales River either sitting in comfy chairs in the backyard or lounging in the hot tub!! “House was spacious for our group and has a private feeling location. Convenient for our family with amazing pool and some games to keep the kids enjoying their time. Kids especially enjoyed the pool slide. The house was clean and host responsive to a couple questions I had.”

The pool was the highlight of the trip for our kids! They spent hours enjoying it, and it was even professionally cleaned midweek by a friendly pool service. The house itself was spotless, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our four-night stay. We also used the washer and dryer, which worked perfectly. We would absolutely recommend this home to families with kids who love to swim, as well as larger families or groups looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained place to stay in the Austin area.”
