Honestly was kinda disappointed with this place. It was beautiful, I won’t lie about that but the hassle and misdirection was not worth the trip. Not only did they call me the day of the booking that the room was under maintenance and that I had to choose another room but then they changed me back to the same room. Which was my choice but still it was stress that didn’t need to be there in the first place. Then when I get the welcome text it says something about having to pay parking!! So you get this place add $20 per day btw! On top of that we share space with another hotel so everything was confusing. I was second guessing everything even to go to the pool. I took a while to find the one our hotel.

It was like advertised . Was not able to use the balcony because of building maintenance. Will be booking again soon

Play sentiment these were great unfortunately because of pricing due to a week difference in memorial day being the Monday pricing is outrageous. The previous week is priced at 180 per night in the same relevant accommodations compared to a week later at almost $1000 a night. This particular unit did have a great overall accommodating presence and feel .

Space was well stocked and had plenty of amenities. It was nicely located to restaurants and shopping. The beach access was great with no steps. We enjoyed the small indoor pool as well. A couple of down sides; the entry was pretty tight for getting in and out. Trash was left in the trash cans and one of the beds was not made.

The only issue was that there were only four sets of towels for a 4 day stay with two people. That's not enough when there's no laundry room in the unit or the condo building. it was very inconvenient. Had this been explicitly communicated as much as the check out procedures and the deposit, we would have a perfect visit. Also, the bed it hard and sinks in the middle. The management of the text message system was very responsive. However, they said they was a washer/dryer in unit, then they said it was in the building. Neither are true. I must say the unit was great outside of the towel issue and hard mattress. These are easy fixes to consider the guest. Loved Royale Palms, the balcony, and the unit.

The stay here would have been comfortable and have an easy access to the beach and parking as promised, we checked out after one night due to unexpected construction at the beach that we were not informed about although it was ongoing for at least a day before we arrived. It was very disappointing and irritating. With Airbnb Support’s help, we received a partial refund resolution and moved on.

In the world of real estate, three most important things: Location, Location, and, Location. This place has all three. But that's it. Owner's are operating on the cheap. No beach chairs/towels, good thing I'm a farmer or I wouldn't have been strong enough to open the rusted patio doors. They're scrimping on cleaning services (stains in tub & toilet, previous guests lotions & makeup, hairs on floor) even dirty dishes. But, the linens were fresh, hey like Motel 6! Worse, no designated unit-to-unit parking. My second night every space was full (some owners give out multiple parking passes). No big deal, plenty of space in the beach-access parking. Except my $25 "overnight parking" ticket from the county at 5:40a.m. Owner refunded me $15 on my $600 (2 night) visit. Rental car co. will charge $45 handling fee on top of the $25. LOVED the area!! Next time, I'll be staying next door. According to my neighbors, who were seated in nice beach chairs, with an umbrella and a table.

When arrived, dirty linen was by door & one of the four beds were made. When I contacted the host the response was, the cleaning lady is on the way, that’s it. Hair was all over bathrooms and toilets weren’t clean. The home overall was nice and location was great, just wish the experience was better.

Our stay was pretty decent just don’t forget any of the cleaning rules because they’re definitely going to let you know about it even though people are human and allowed to make mistakes and don’t just assume that you can just pay for a late checkout fee you may want to ask that before hand it’s something that they don’t tell you.

Place was outdated, resort charges lower prices than I was charged on Airbnb, beds were very uncomfortable, had back pain after 1st night, balcony door was locked and couldn’t access the 1st day, after maintenance opened they said lock would need to be changed but would take time to put in notice to fix, was very hard to slide the door open and closed after it was unlocked
