“The Beds were hard as rocks. I slept on the floor the first night bc it was literally softer. We ended up buying a mattress topper the next day bc we were staying for a few weeks. My daughter even said it hurt her back! The ice machine on the freezer didn’t work so we had to buy ice every few days. Dishwasher did not work well. I just ended up washing everything by hand. I knew they had cameras around the house but it felt uncomfortable having up to 6 on ONE SIDE. Positive the backyard was very nice (if you don’t mind being watched everywhere).”

“We come to phoenix often and this was our first time staying in Moon Valley. What a great little community. At first we were worried about being on the main road, but it was easy to get into because of the frontage road and there was very little traffic noise. The backyard was so peaceful- it backs up to a golf course. The master bedroom had a King bed. It was a tad bit firm for me, but I made it work. One of the other rooms also has a King bed with a firm memory foam mattress. The other two rooms were smaller beds, one firm with an additional bunk bed and one soft. The place was very clean! The air conditioning cooled the entire house excellently. The high speed internet also worked well along with the smart TV’s. We would gladly rent this place again next time we’re in town!”

“Houses in need of upgrade of kitchen utensils , barbecue was filthy ,some new mattresses pads and sheets would be nice Lack of paper products on premises upon arrival, refrigerator water filter expired ,floors were filthy and dusty stained outdoor furniture and with spider webs Replace need a good cleaning”
