“We had a great stay! The property was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our time here and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The location was great as well, and everything went smoothly. We truly enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend this place to others. We would happily stay here again!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home and truly enjoyed our time here. The house was gorgeous, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. We especially loved that there were board games available and appreciated having two TVs instead of one in every bedroom—it encouraged everyone to spend more time together. Unfortunately, the sauna did not work the entire time we were there. We specifically chose this property because it offered both a pool and a sauna, so it was disappointing not to be notified ahead of time that the sauna was unavailable.”

“The Beds were hard as rocks. I slept on the floor the first night bc it was literally softer. We ended up buying a mattress topper the next day bc we were staying for a few weeks. My daughter even said it hurt her back! The ice machine on the freezer didn’t work so we had to buy ice every few days. Dishwasher did not work well. I just ended up washing everything by hand. I knew they had cameras around the house but it felt uncomfortable having up to 6 on ONE SIDE. Positive the backyard was very nice (if you don’t mind being watched everywhere).”

“We stayed May 22–31 and had a mixed experience. The home is spacious with great amenities including a pool, air hockey, board games, laundry, and multiple bedrooms. Our family enjoyed the pool and games, and the host was initially responsive. However, several issues impacted our stay. The listing included a crib, but there was none when we arrived late at night. A pack-and-play was provided the next day. The hot tub was empty on arrival due to maintenance and remained unusable for the entire stay despite being advertised. I followed up midweek but did not receive further updates, and no compensation was offered. We also had concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. The floors appeared clean but left our crawling infant’s feet black, suggesting they hadn’t been mopped well. The bathtub faucet leaked, making water temperature and pressure difficult to control. Overall, the home has potential, but the missing crib, unusable hot tub, and maintenance issues made the stay disappointing”

“Houses in need of upgrade of kitchen utensils , barbecue was filthy ,some new mattresses pads and sheets would be nice Lack of paper products on premises upon arrival, refrigerator water filter expired ,floors were filthy and dusty stained outdoor furniture and with spider webs Replace need a good cleaning”

“Our stay at the Clementine Haus left something to be desired. It’s in an ok area. We wiped visible dust/dirt from the baseboards, light fixtures etc. The bottom of our socks were black after walking around inside the home. The outdoor furniture was dusty and dirty leaving dirt marks on towels. A fuse blew while using a hair dryer and we were left without power in half of the home including both bathrooms and 2 bedrooms for over 17 hours. The property manager was slow to respond, or didn’t respond at all. When contacted about the issue with the power she messaged and said she couldn’t answer because she was in a movie. The problem was never resolved during our stay. The description set our hopes higher than this property was able to deliver.”

“This place needs attention. The bed linens, throw pillows and towels are old and/or stained, the outdoor pillows also need to be replaced. The kitchen utensils are in bad condition and some are missing. There were no hand towels for the bathrooms and only 2 washcloths. They did replenish during our stay, but they were delivered straight from the store, unlaundered and smelling like cigarettes with no hand towels. We came across several old items from the previous tenants, as well as broken items like door stops, toilet paper holders and ceiling fan chains. There is soap in the bathrooms but it is rather disgusting looking. Overall pretty disappointed.”

“Beautiful home. Wish the pool would have been available. House also wasn’t properly stocked as we had to buy toilet paper, garbage sacks and paper towels which was a little disappointing since we stayed for 10 days.”
