“Cabin was as listed. Clean and comfortable. Easily accessed.”

“The only concern was the gate while leaving. There is a bounce back that almost hit our vehicle.”

“The family enjoyed seeing the bears and having a private, spacious cabin. They were all disappointed to find out the tvs in the bedrooms were all DVDs and no cable or WiFi to watch. The only tv to the cable was in the living room. The drive was much steeper than expected, and we had trouble locating the cabin since the location didn’t match the GPS. Overall it was a fair place, however, the extremely steep drive was nerve wracking. Would not recommend if you have a fear of heights when it comes to the steep, narrow location.”

“We had a wonderful time at our cabin. Lots of happy memories made. A few notes were bears were often around because trash directions were unclear in the water in the pool was rather cold”

“I felt it was older than I hoped . The front porch was clean but spider webs everywhere they should power wash them away . I wanted a chair on front porch to watch for bears . They should add some . Beds are hard and pool table was old .”

“This place is nice if your just looking for somewhere to sleep/relax, theirs no walk path or scenery closer than 10 minutes aways”

“It was great other than the hot tub outside was dirty brown foam and green yellow water which really disappointed us the porch lights were going out so the deck was awful dark oh and I stepped on a nail sticking out of the stairs almost went through the window at the bottom luckily I was only sore for the past 2 days missed 4th and my anniversary so yeah the cabin was nice and clean the view was to die for other than that it was okay they did fix the nail but that really was a bummer renting a beautiful cabin for 1300 dollars with the purpose of spending our anniversary sightseeing and watching fire works in Tennessee only to miss it all I wasn’t seriously injured but still feel like they could have done something to make up for it but I put in a accident report hopefully they will do something for the lost experience”

“There was an envelope for a tip on counter but bed sheets had blood and mold it was so disgusting; manager never called, we had to chase her down...we got our money back but was only given 1 hour to leave the place, we had paid plans so we had to change everything around and rush there to leave, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE”

“Everything was beautiful! Only thing to complain about is the dishes looked like they were washed with someone’s eyes closed”

“This was only ok as this trip included 4 under 2 years old. The major issue was the mice. The following the first night, we identified that mice had chewed through packaging and food. We called, and exterminator came and only placed a bait block. We chose to set traps in cupboard in the evening, and trapped 5 mice. So each morning we would clean counters and floor so that the children would not find mouse feces. Additionally, the floor grout was loose in many places, and would draw the attention of the young children who wanted to put the grout in their mouth. Everything else was as advertised.”
